ABOUT
NATIONAL COORDINATION BODY OF AGRICULTURE COUNSELING,
FISHERIES, AND FORESTRY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 9 paragraph (3) of the Law No. 16 Year 2006 on the Agricultural System of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, is seen needing to form the National Coordination Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agriculture, and the United States Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agriculture. Forestry with the Presidential Ordinance;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Act Number 16 Year 2006 on Agricultural System of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry (sheet state of the Republic of Indonesia in 2006 Number 92, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4660);
DECIDED:
Establish: the president ' s regulation on the national coordination body of agriculture, fisheries, and forestry.
BAB I
FORMATION, POSITION, AND DUTY
The Kesatu section
Establishment and Occupation
Section 1
(1) With the Regulation of the President, the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is established.
(2) The National Coordinating Agency of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry as referred to in paragraph (1) is a non-structural institution that is below and is responsible to the President.
The Second Part
The task
Section 2
The National Coordination Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has the task of coordinating, integrating, synchronizing, and optimizing the performance of counseling at the central level.
BAB II
THE MEMBERSHIP ARRANGEMENT
Section 3
(1) The Membership Arrangement Of The National Coordination Body Of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry consists of:
a. Chairman: Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs;
B. Deputy Chairman: 1) Minister of Agriculture;
2) Minister of Oceans and Fisheries;
3) Forestry Minister;
C. Member: 1) Head of the Governing Body of Agricultural Human Resources, Ministry of Agriculture;
2) Head of the Marine Human Resource Development Agency and Fisheries, Ministry of Marine and Fisheries;
3) The Head of Badana and the Development of Forestry Resources, Ministry of Forestry;
4) Deputy Field Coordination of Agriculture and Marine, Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs;
5) Deputy Field of Energy Coordination, Mineral Resources, and Forestry, Ministry of Economic Coordination of Economy;
6) Non-permanent members are defined by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs as Chairman of the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry.
(2) The member does not remain as referred to in paragraph (1) may be derived from the authority of the instance and the related eselon I structural officials.
BAB III
SECRETARIAT OF THE NATIONAL COORDINATING BODY OF AGRICULTURE COUNSELING,
FISHERIES, AND FORESTRY
Section 4
(1) National Coordination Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry in carrying out tasks assisted by the Secretariat of the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
(2) The Secretariat of the National Coordination Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry as referred to in paragraph (1) in ex-officio is exercised alternately every 2 (two) years by the Governing Body and Development of Agricultural Human Resources, Ministry of Agriculture; Human Resource Development Agency of Marine and Fisheries, Ministry of Marine and Fisheries; Agency of Forestry and Forestry Human Resource Development, Ministry of Forestry.
(3) For the first time since the Presidential Regulation, the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is implemented ex-officio by the Board of Strengthening And Development. The Human Resources of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture.
Section 5
The Secretariat of the National Coordination Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has the task of giving administrative support to the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
Section 6
Further provisions concerning the National Coordination Agency's National Coordination of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry are governed by the Chairperson of the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
BAB IV
WORK LAYOUT
Section 7
The National Coordination Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry holds periodic coordination meetings attended by permanent members and members do not remain at least 1 (one) times in 3 (three) months or at any time. if required.
Section 8
If seen as necessary, in a coordination meeting as referred to in Article 7, may invite other relevant parties to obtain input and consideration in accordance with the subject matter of the coordination meeting.
Section 9
The results of the coordination meeting are brought by each member to be executed in accordance with the duties and functions with regard to the provisions of the laws.
Article 10
The results of the meeting of the National Coordination Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry are delivered to the institutional counseling of the government as a guideline for the conduct of counseling.
Section 11
The chairman of the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry reports the results of his duties to the President at least 1 (one) times in 1 (one) years or time if necessary.
Article 12
Further provisions on the work of the National Coordination Agency Counseling Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry are governed by the Chairman of the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry.
BAB V
THE FINANCING
Section 13
All costs are required for the execution of the duties of the National Coordinating Board of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry charged to the State Revenue and Shopping Budget.
BAB VI
CLOSING
Section 14
The President ' s Regulation is beginning to apply at a set date.
