(2) The data processing as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed in accordance with the Processing of the ACS Data as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.

BAB V
REPORTING AND ARCHIVING

Section 11
Reporting and data archiving for ACS making is done by the officer appointed by the Chief Meteorological Station.

Section 12
(1) The report for the manufacture of ACS is compiled in the form:
a. Model A table for the RVR/Visibility frequency and/or the lowest cloud base on the state of broken (BKN) or overcast (OVC)recorded on the observation tool;
B. Model B table for visibility frequency based on the observer power visual;
c. Model C table for the lowest cloud base high frequency on BKN or OVC states based on visual observer power;
D. Model D tables for the frequency of direction and wind speed at full hours; and
e. Model E table for surface air temperature frequency at full hour.
(2) The Report Table for the manufacture of ACS as referred to in paragraph (1) is compiled in accordance with the Table example as set forth in Annex III of this Regulation.

Section 13
(1) The report for the manufacture of ACS as referred to in Section 12 is made every month in the form:
a. softcopy and book to be sent to the Aviation and Maritime Meteorological Center;
B. book to be sent to the Great Hall of the Region; and
C. softcopy and the book to be kept at the station as an archive.
(2) The delivery as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter a and the letter b is mandatory every last month of the 5th (five) the following month.

Section 14
(1) In addition to the delivery as referred to in Section 13 of the paragraph (2), the meteorological station performing an observation of less than 5 (five) years of mandatory additional delivery with the provisions:
a. the station that performs less than 2 (two) years of sending an ACS manufacturing report for a period of 1 (one) year;
B. the station that performs less than 3 (three) years of sending an ACS manufacturing report for a period of 2 (two) years;
c. The station that performs less than 4 (four) years of sending an ACS manufacturing report for a period of 3 (three) years; or
D. the station that performs less than 5 (five) years of sending ACS manufacturing reports for a period of 4 (four) years.
(2) The delivery as referred to in paragraph (1) is mandatory each month the slowest of the 5th (five) in the next month.

Section 15
Archiving is done at the local meteorological station in the form of softcopy and the book.

BAB VI
PUBLISHING ACS

Section 16
(1) The ACS nursery is conducted by the local Meteorological Station each month for a period of 5 (five) years in the same month.
(2) The ACS published as referred to in paragraph (1) is given the cover in accordance with the Sampul Aerodrome Climatological Summary (ACS) as set forth in Annex IV of this Regulation.

Section 17
(1) The published ACS as referred to in Section 16 is required to be sent most slowly on the next 5 (five) months to:
a. Aviation and Maritime Meteorological Center;
B. Center for Climate Change and Air Quality; and
C. The Great Hall of the Local Area.
(2) The ACS delivery as referred to in paragraph (1) is sent in form:
a. softcopy and book to the Aviation and Maritime Meteorological Center;
B. softcopy and book to the Center for Climate Change and Air Quality; and
c. book to the local Great Hall.

BAB VII
CLOSING

Section 18
This rule is set to apply at the specified date.

(1) The data collection for the creation of the ACS was carried out by the meteorological station of its operational clock 24 (twenty-four) hours.
(2) The data collection for the creation of the ACS was carried out by the meteorological station which hours the station is not 24 (twenty-four) hours done:
a. as per operational hours;
B. full hour; and
c. by the observer officer.

Section 5
Data as referred to in Section 4 includes data:
a. Runway Visual Range (RVR), for stations already equipped with RVR measuring devices;
B. Horizontal visibility (visibility);
c. height of the lowest cloud base;
D. direction and wind speed; and
e. surface air temperature.

Section 6
(1) Data as referred to in Section 5 of the letter a source is derived from the METAR password.
(2) The data as referred to in Section 5 of the letter b up to the letter e is derived from METAR and/or Synop password.

Section 7
(1) The meteorological station with operational hours of 24 (twenty-four) hours and makes a METAR 24 (twenty-four) password only using METAR password in the manufacture of ACS.
(2) The meteorological station with operational hours of 24 (twenty-four) hours and does not create METAR 24 (twenty-four) hours of ACS creation equipped with a Synop password.
(3) The meteorological station with operational hours is not 24 (twenty-four) hours keep the ACS in accordance with the station operating hours.

Section 8
The operational hours of the meteorological station as referred to in Article 4 and Section 7 in accordance with the List of Meteorological Station Operational Hours as set forth in Annex I of this Regulation.

BAB IV
DATA PROCESSING

Section 9
Data processing in the creation of ACS is performed by data processing officers at each meteorological station.
