ABOUT THE INTEGRATION GUIDELINES FOR ANTI-VIOLENCE MATERIAL AGAINST

WOMEN IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF NON-TECHNICAL AND TECHNICAL

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY OF WOMEN ' S EMPOWERMENT COUNTRY

AND THE PROTECTION OF THE CHILD REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: a. Every person has the right to be free from torture, punishment or cruel, inhuman, degrading, degree and dignity of his humanity;

e. that based on the consideration of the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d need to specify the Ordinance of the Minister of State for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection on the Governing Guidelines of the Anti-Violence Materials. INDONESIA ON THE GUIDELINES OF INTEGRATING ANTI-VIOLENCE MATERIAL AGAINST WOMEN IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND TECHNICAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Violence against women is any act based on differences in sex that results in or may result in physical, sexual or psychological suffering, including threats of certain actions, coercion. or arbitrary independence appropriation, whether in public or in private life.

2. The driving and training of the study is the process of learning to learn to achieve the competence of the leadership of the civil servants in order to improve the skills and understanding of the civil servants in accordance with the structural positions.

3. Education and Technical Training is the process of organizing learning to achieve the technical requirements required to carry out tasks.

4. Prevention is an act that is done to eliminate the various factors that cause and preserve any form of violence against women.

5. Handling is an act that is performed to provide health rehabilitation services, social rehabilitation, repatriation, social reintegration and enforcement and legal assistance for victims of violent victims.

6. Empowerment is a female reinforcement of victims of violence to be able to try and work on their own once they are restored and given a health and social rehabilitation service.

Article 2

With the Minister ' s Ordinance compiled the Guidelines Integration of Anti-Violence Materials on Women in Education and Training and Technical Training as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of Ministers which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 3

Anti-Violence Materials Integrated Guidelines against Women in Education and Training and Technical Training as a reference to the facilitator in providing an understanding of the violence

Section 4

Guidelines integrating the Anti-Violence Material Against Women in the Education and Training and Technical Training includes the program:

a. Prevention; b. handling; and c. Empowerment.

Section 5

Guidelines for Integrating the Anti-Violence Materials on Women in Education and Training and Engineering are executed in accordance with the policies, planning and implementation of the education The training of the leaders I, II, III and IV on the unit and/or the management of the educational and training program unit and the technical and training program.
