Presidential Decree Number 83/P in 2009 about the establishment and Adoption of a United Indonesia Cabinet Minister of State II; Decide: define: REGULATION of MINISTER of STATE for WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT and CHILD PROTECTION of the REPUBLIC of www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2011, no. 902 3 INDONESIA ABOUT GUIDELINES INTEGRATING the MATERIAL ANTI VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN in EDUCATION and TRAINING PENJENJANGAN and technical. Article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Violence against women is any action based on gender which resulted in or may result in misery or suffering of women physically, sexually or psychologically, including the threat of certain actions, coercion or deprivation of freedom arbitrarily, both happening in the realm of public or in private life. 2. Pendikan and penjenjangan training is the process of organizing teaching and learning to achieve the leadership competency and improve understanding of the apparatus civil servant in penjenjangan a career in accordance with the structural position. 3. Education and technical training is the process of organizing teaching and learning to achieve the technical requirements necessary to perform the task. 4. Prevention is the actions taken to eliminate various factors which cause and perpetuate any form of violence against women. 5. Handling are the actions taken to provide rehabilitation services health, social rehabilitation, social reintegration and repatriation, enforcement and legal assistance for women victims of violence. 6. Enablement is the strengthening of women victims of violence in order to try and work on its own after they restored and given health and social rehabilitation services.
