THE SECOND CHANGE IN AREA REGULATION NUMBER 9 OF 2008 ON ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

INSPECTORATE, PLANNING AGENCY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND REGIONAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS

SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

GOVERNOR OF SOUTH SUMATRA,

DRAW: A. that in accordance with the establishment of an organizational affairs set in Article 22 paragraph (5) of the letter h of Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007 on the Organization of the Regional Devices, the empowerment of women and family planning is included in the event Body-shaped Regional Technical Institution;

b. that in an attempt to optimize the task of implementing the Capital Cultivation Agency Area Of South Sumatra Province, it needs to change the nomenclature, and to adjust the organizational structure of the South Sumatra Provincial Area Capital Plant;

c. that in attempt to optimize the task of implementation of the Agency for Regional Development and Regional Development of South Sumatra Province, need to change the nomenclature, and adapt the organizational structure of the South Sumatra Provincial Research and Regional Development Agency;

d. that in the efforts of optimizing the performance of the Provincial Archives of the Province of South Sumatra primarily as sources of information, data sources and decision materials, as well as in the efforts of realizing the archive as a unifying node as intended in Law No. 43 of the Year 2009 on Kearsipan, it is necessary to improve the status of the Office of the Regional Archives meant to be the Regional Archives of the Province of South Sumatra;

e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d need to form the Regional Regulation on the Second Amendment of the Law No. 9 Year 2008 on the Organization and the Work of the Inspectorate, the Agency Regional Development Planning and Regional Technical Instituts of South Sumatra Province.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regional Regulation of South Sumatra Province No. 9 of 2008 concerning the Organization and the Working Planning Inspectorate, the Regional Development Planning Agency and the Regional Technical Institute The Province of South Sumatra (Area Gazette 2008 Number 3 Series D) as amended by the Regional Regulation No. 8 Year 2010 (Area Gazette 2010 No. 5 Series D) was changed back as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 2 are amended so that Article 2 reads as follows:

With this Regional Regulation, the Regional Technical Institute is established as follows:

a. Environment Agency;

b. Regional Development Planning Agency;

c. Promotion and Licensing Agency for Local Capital Cultivation;

d. Food Resilience Agency;

e. United Nations, Political and Protection Agency

Society;

f. Community Empowerment and Village Governance;

g. Regional Research, Development and Innovation Agency;

h. Library Body;

i. Governing Board of Education and Training;

j. County Board of Employees;

k. Women's Body of Empowerment and Child Protection;

l. Inspectorate;

m. Ernaldi Bahar Hospital;

n. County Archive Body.

2. The provisions of the BAB V Article 11 up to Section 14 are amended, so that the BAB V Article 11 to Article 14 reads as follows:

(1) The Regional Archives Board is an element of support

d. implementation of the acquisition and processing of dynamic archive and archive

static as well as the preservation of static archives;

static archive utilization;

f. Arsiparis functional power coaching;

g. the execution of another task given by the Governor accordingly

with the task and function.

(1) The Regional Archives Board organization is made up of:

A. Body Head;

b. Secretariat, which oversees: 1. Subsections of the Program; 2. General Subsection; 3. Financial Subsection.

c. Acquisition and Archive Management, which is included: 1. Subfield Archives Processing In Active; 2. Subfield Of The Static Archives Processing.

d. Archive Service Field, which includes: 1. Archive Conscious Information Services Subfields;

2. Subfield of the Kearsipan Services Service.

e. Coaching and Development, which oversees: 1. Subfield Coaching; 2. Subfield Development.

f. The Functional Office Group.

(2) The organization's organizational arrangement is as set forth in Annex IV and is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Region.

6. Between Article 66 and Section 67 of the article (one) section of Article 66 A thus it reads as follows:

At the time the Regional Regulation is in effect, the provisions of Article 5 of the paragraph b number 9, Section 32 of the letter b and Section 36 to Section 38 of the Province of Sumatra Provincial Rules South No. 7 of 2008 on the Organization and Tata Works of the Regional Secretariat and the Secretariat of the People's Representative Council of the Province of South Sumatra Province (area of the Area 2008 No. 1 Series D) as amended by the Regional Regulation No. 6 In 2010 (the 2010 Area Sheet Number 3 Series D) was revoked and declared no effect.
