ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER RELIEF AGENCY
MALUKU PROVINCE
I. UMUM
The Local Government Policy to rearrangement the Organization of the Organization Devices is as the implementation of the 2004 No. 32 Act on Local Government and Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007 concerning The organization of the Regional Devices to spur and enhance the implementation of government duties, development and service to the public.

CHAPTER IX CLOSING PROVISIONS
Article 14
Things are not quite set up in this Area Regulation, as long as the technical implementation is set further by the Governor's Rules.
Article 15
By the enactment of this Regional Regulation, the Governor of Maluku Regulation Number 13 of 2009 on the Establishment of the organization and the work of the Disaster Management Agency as well as the Provincial Disaster Management Agency of the Maluku Province were revoked and declared no longer applicable.
