Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 832, 2011 REGULATIONS CHIEF of STATE POLICE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 24 in 2011 ABOUT the CHANGES to the REGULATION of the HEAD of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE number 16 in 2010 ABOUT HOW PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICE in the ENVIRONMENT of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY HEAD of STATE POLICE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in the reform era, every citizen has the right to seek , obtaining, using, and spread-spread accurate information in an easy and fast, so it requires a readiness of the Republic of Indonesia national police to provide a public information service;
b. that, in order to provide public information, State police of the Republic of Indonesia through the public relations function, requires a standard procedure to guarantee the management/Ministry of public information that is transparent and accountable;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Rule of the Republic of Indonesia National Police Chief about the changes to the regulation of the head of State police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2010 about How Public information service in the environment of the Republic of Indonesia national police;
Remember: 1. Act No. 2 of 2002 on State police of the Republic of Indonesia (the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 2, 2002 an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4168);
1. Act No. 14 of 2008 about the openness of public information (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 61 in 2008, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4846);
2. Presidential regulation Number 52 in 2010 about the Organization and the work of State police of the Republic of Indonesia;
3. Regulation of the head of State police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2010 about How Public information service in the environment of the Republic of Indonesia national police;
Decide: define: REGULATION of the HEAD of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE ABOUT the CHANGES to the REGULATION of the HEAD of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE number 16 in 2010 ABOUT HOW PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICE in the ENVIRONMENT of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE.
Article I some provisions in the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia National Police Chief number 16 in 2010 about How Public information service in the environment of the Republic of Indonesia, Police amended as follows: 1. The provision of article 1 point 6 was modified, so that it reads as follows: 6. 4. 7. 8. The provisions of article 21 and paragraph (2) plus, so the whole reads as follows: article 21 (2) Tops the PPID as referred to in paragraph (1), namely: a. Kadivhumas the national police to the National Police Headquarters level;

b. Kabidhumas to the Cantonal Police Unit;

c. Kabagops Polres to Polres units;

d. Evidenced to Polsek units; and e. Kapolres for carrying out the functions that Evidenced the PID.
9. The provisions of article 11 paragraph (1) amended to read as follows: article 23 (1) the relationship of the work in organizing a public information service was implemented between the officials of the police, the last of the PID PID Satker Police Headquarters Officials and officials of the cantonal PID.
Article II Regulations the head of State police of the Republic of Indonesia is starting to take effect on the date of promulgation.
