SPORT, AND YOUTH (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT
OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT
OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC ON CO-OPERATION IN THE FIELDS
OF SCIENCE, EDUCATION, CULTURE, SPORTS AND YOUTH)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Jakarta, on 29 March 2010 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Slovakia on Cooperation in the Field of Science, Education, Culture, Sport, and Youth (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Slovak Republic on Co-operation in the Fields of Science, Education, Culture, Sports and Youth), as a result of negotiations between Delegation of Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Slovakia;
B. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a, it is necessary to validate the Agreement with the President's Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Act Number 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4012);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC ON COOPERATION IN THE FIELDS OF SCIENCE, EDUCATION, CULTURE, SPORTS, AND YOUTH (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC ON CO-OPERATION IN THE FIELDS OF SCIENCE, EDUCATION, CULTURE, SPORTS AND YOUTH).
Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Slovakia on Cooperation in the Fields of Science, Education, Culture, Sports, and Youth (
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Slovak Republic on Co-operation in the Fields of Science, Education, Culture, Sports and Youth) which had been signed on 29 March 2010 in Jakarta, whose original manuscript in Indonesian, Slovak, and the English as attached and is an inseparable part from the Regulation of this President.
Section 2
In the case of the interpretation of the interpretation between the Approval Script in Indonesian, Slovak, and English as referred to in Article 1, the English-language Agreement is the English-language Agreement.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
