ecial Requirements For Award Recipients
Section 13
(1) Civil Servants on the Polri who received KPLB, at least meet one of the specific requirements:
a.   perform police actions or direct contact with criminal offenders who can harm the safety of the lives and public property in general, which if left can be negatively affected by security stability national and international;
B.   conduct policing actions against the real threat of the country ' s head safety; or
c. successfully uncovering an extraordinary crime (extra ordinary crime) that could potentially compromise the security of the state.
(2) In addition to one of the requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) the submission of the KPLB award recipient is required to be supplemented by:
a.   The caption letter has never received a KPLB from the chief development officer of the personnel; and
B.   Chronological reports of events created by the Chief Operating Task Force (Kasatgasops) or the Head of the Operational Unit (Kanitops), and authorized by Kasatker or Kasatwil.

Section 14
(1) Civil Servants on Polri who received KPLBA, at least meet one of the special requirements:
a.   fall in executing a task in the operating area equipped with a warrant;
B.   fall in the running of a peacekeeping mission;
c. fall in carrying out police duties as a result of direct action of criminal criminal conduct; or
D.   fall in carrying out Police duties as a result of other party actions beyond his will.
(2) In addition to one of the requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) the submission of the KPBLA award recipient is required to be supplemented by:
a.   results visum et repertum of the doctor;
B.   Chronological report of events created by the head of the operating task force or the operational unit head; and
(C) A doctor's death certificate.

Section 15
(1) Civil Servants On Polri who receive the promotion award following education, at least meet one of the special requirements:
a.   Kamtibmas disruptions of positive impact nationally;
B.   His performance achievements are very high in the coaching and operational field;
c. generate great work that is beneficial for the development and progress of Polri;
D.   be the pioneers in order to improve education and training in the Polri environment to achieve the expected competences; or
e.   as a pioneer in his field that is recognized by the vast community.
(2) In addition to meeting one of the requirements as referred to in paragraph (1), the submission of the promotion award recipient follows a mandatory education:
a.   is equipped with an event chronological report created by the Chief Operating Task Force (Kasatgasops) or the Head of the Operational Unit (Kanitops);
B.   equipped with a chronological report of achievement reached from Kasatker or Kasatwil;
c. satisfy the education selection administration requirements, among others:
1. principal;
2. The Term of the Pangkat (MDDP); and
3. age limit;
D.   proposed by Kasatker or Kasatwil.

Section 16
(1) Civil Servants On Polri given promotion of office promotion, at least meet one of the special requirements:
a.   His performance achievements are very high in the development and progress of the Polri organization, among others:
1. generate laws that may be guidelines for the hosting of Polri tasks; or
2. Produce great works in the field of coaching and operations that can improve performance and benefit for Polri;
B.   managed to prevent sabotage actions against national or international vital objects; and
c. distinguished outstanding in disclosures of high priority-scale standout cases that positively impact security and order in real society, as well as the rescue of the country ' s wealth.
(2) In addition to meeting one of the requirements as referred to in paragraph (1), the submission of the promotion of the promotion award is mandatory:
a.   is equipped with a chronological report of events created by the head of the operating task force or operational unit head;
B.   equipped with a chronological report of achievement reached from Kasatker or Kasatwil;
c. satisfy the education selection administration requirements, among others:
1. principal;
2. Polri development education background; and
3. The previous assignment background;
D.   proposed by Kasatker or Kasatwil.

Section 17
Special requirements of the Pin and Charter award sign for the WNI:
a.   take part in assisting policing tasks in all areas that can advance the organization of Polri and enhance the community ' s trust against Polri;
B.   conduct cooperation in the fields of education and exercise in order to improve the capabilities of the Polri human resources in all fields and impact the progress of the Polri organization; and
c. An active role in the development of science and technology to achieve the competences expected for the advancement of the Polri organization.

Section 18
Special requirements recipient of the Pin and Charter award sign for the WNA:
a.   its existence in the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia is valid
B.   to be active in supporting the success of the police task in the field of coaching and operations;
c. perform cooperation in the fields of education and exercise in order to increase the capabilities of the Polri human resources in all fields and impact the progress of the Polri organization; and
D.   play an active role in the development of science and technology to achieve the competences expected for the advancement of the Polri organization.

Section 19
(1) Civil Servants on the Polri who receive the type of award as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) may be given additional Mark and Charter's Prizes.
(2) The award pin qualification is given on the basis of merit and/or achievement in accordance with its role and status through council consideration.

BAB V
AWARD BOARD

(1) The Awards Board on the level of the Polri Mabes is based in SSDM Polri.
(2) The Awards Board at the Polda level is based in the Bureau of Human Resources (Rosumda) Polda.

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 33
At the time this rule came into effect, then the Decree of Kapolri No. Pol.: 2) is established with the Decree of Kapolda.

Section 32
The revocation of the award as referred to in Article 31 of the paragraph (1) and vewith Kasatker/Kasatwil and related functions;
B.   studying, researching, and reviewing the proposals from Kasatker/Kasatwil;
c. carry out council hearings to determine:
1. whether or not the proposal from Kasatker/Kasatwil to be given the recommendation of obtaining an award; and
2. Types of awards to be provided to the Civil Servants on Polri, WNI and WNA based on the merits and/or achievements achieved;
D.   to account for the results of the trial in the form of the event news; and
e.   Making recommendations to the Kapolri based on the outcome of the verdict.

Section 23
The duties and responsibilities of the Award Board on the Polda level include:
a.   carry out coordination with Kasatker/Kapolres;
B.   study, research, and review the proposals of Kasatker/Kapolres;
c. carry out council hearings to determine:
1. whether or not the proposal of the Kasatker/Capolres to be given a recommendation gets an award; and
2. Types of awards to be provided to the Civil Servants on Polri and the WNI and based on the merits and/or achievements achieved;
D.   to account for the results of the trial in the form of the event news; and
e.   made a recommendation to the Kapolda based on the outcome of the court ruling for:
1. proposed to the Polri Mabes Awards Board to obtain the award awarding decisions from Kapolri; and
2. validated the awarding of the Polda level award in the form of the award Charter.

The Fourth Part
The Council arrangement
Section 24
(1) The Awards Council on the level of Polri ' s Mabes is at most 12 (twelve) people.
(2) Susunan of the Awards Board at the level of the Polri Mabes consists of:
a.   Chairman: As SDM Kapolri;
B.   Vice chairman: Karowatpers Polri;
C.   Secretary: Kabagyanhak Polri; and
D.   Member:
1. 3 (three) middle officer (Pamen) people from SSDM Polri;
2. 1 (one) Pamen people of Itwasum Polri;
3. 1 (one) Pamen people of Sops Polri;
4. 1 (one) Pamen people of Divkum Polri;
5. 1 (one) Pamen people of the Polri Divpropam;
6. 1 (one) Pamen people of Satker sorting; and
7. 1 (one) Pamen people of the function tamper.

Section 25
(1) The Awards Board at the Polda level most number 12 (twelve) people.
(2) Susunan of the Awards Board at the Polda level as follows:
a.   Speaker: Wakapolda;
B.   Deputy: Irwasda;
C.   Secretary: Karo SDM; and
D.   Member:
1. 3 (three) Pamen people from the Bureau of SDM Polda;
2. 1 (one) Pamen people of Itwasda Polda;
3. 1 (one) Pamen people of Roops Polda;
4. 1 (one) Pamen people of Bidpropam Polda;
5. 1 (one) Pamen people from Bidkum Polda;
6. 1 (one) Pamen people of Satker Pengation; and
7. 1 (one) Pamen people of Function Pembina.

BAB VI
SUBMISSION AND AWARDING
The Kesatu section
Award submission
Section 26
(1) Assignment of the award awarding to the Public Employees on Polri and the WNI as follows:
a.   level Mabes Polri, Kasatker or Kasatwil submit a proposal proposal to Kapolri; and
B.   The Polda level, Kasatker or Kapolres file a proposal for the Kapolda.
(2) The award-granting submission to the WNA was proposed by Kasatker or Kasatwil to Kapolri.

The Second Part
Award-granting
Section 27
(1) The granting of awards to the Civil Servants of the Polri, the WNI and the WNA can be carried out during the Bhayangkara Day commemoration ceremony or may be given through its own event.
(2) The awaring of the award to the members of the Polri in KPLB is valid once in active service.
(3) The awaring of promotion to the promotion of the office of the civil servant in the Polri, is given a post that does not result in a higher rank of one rank.

BAB VII
Liability
Section 28
Polri award recipients, mandatory:
a.   maintaining the name of both self and the Polri institution; and
B.   To give knowledge and to cultivate the spirit of the people to strive and to serve the nation and the nation.

Section 29
For the award recipients of both Kapolri and/or Kapolda who have died, the heirs are obliged to keep the name of the recipient of the award.

BAB VIII
AWARD GRANTING AND REVOCATION AUTHORITY
The Kesatu section
Award Granting Authority
Section 30
(1) Giving the type of Award as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) to the Civil Servants of Polri, the WNI and the WNA, is the authority of the Capolri with regard to the consideration of the Prizes.
(2) Giving the type of Award as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1) to the Civil Servants of the Polri and the WNI in the region of Polda, Kapolri may delegate his authority to the Kapolda.

The Second Part

Section 31
(1) In the event the recipient of the award no longer meets the obligations as referred to in Article 28 of Kapolri authorities revoke the award that has been given.
