CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION MINISTER NUMBER 31 OF 2006 ABOUT THE ACCOUNTING UNIT AND
FINANCIAL REPORTING IN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT ENVIRONMENT AS IT HAS BEEN CHANGED
WITH THE REGULATION OF NATIONAL EDUCATION MINISTER NUMBER 21-year 2007
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
NATIONAL EDUCATION MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that by the Law of the National Education Minister Number 36 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Tata Ministry of Education needs to reorganize accounting and financial reporting units in the Ministry of Education environment National;
B. that based on the terms of the letter a, need to establish the National Education Minister ' s Regulation on the Change of the Regulation of the National Education Minister Number 31 Year 2006 on Accounting and Financial Reporting Unit in The National Education Department ' s Environment As It Has Been Changed With The Regulation Of The National Education Minister Number 21 Year 2007;

11. Regulation of the Minister of National Education Number 16 Year 2008 on Accounting and Financial Reporting Systems in the Environment of the Department of National Education;
DECIDED:
Establish: The National Education Minister ' s Regulation on the Changes to the Regulation of the national education minister number 31 of 2006 on the accounting unit and financial reporting in the national education department environment as amended WITH THE NATIONAL EDUCATION MINISTER ' S REGULATION NUMBER 21 IN 2007.
Section 1
Changing the provisions in the Attachment as referred to in Article 3 paragraph (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 31 Year 2006 on the Accounting and Financial Reporting Unit in the Environment of the Department of National Education as amended with Regulation No. 21 of 2007, it becomes as set forth in this Act of Regulation of the Minister.
