Section 1
The SD/SDLB Educational Quality Improvement Program through the 2011 DAK Budget Year is for procurement:
1. Book:
a. book enrichment;
B. reference book; and
c. educationist educator.
2. Educational Tools:
a. mathematical props;
B. Natural Science props (IPA);
c. Social Science-based tool (IPS),
D. Physical Education, Sports, and Health tools;
e. Language tool tool; and
f. Arts and Skills: Culture and Skills.
3. Sarana Technology Information and Communication Education, and Multimedia Learning Interactive:
a. electronic library management tools; and
B. Multimedia learning interactive.

Article 2
The use of the DAK as referred to in Article 1 is exercised in accordance with the provisions of Annex I, II and III of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 3
The Regulation of the Minister is beginning to apply at the designated date.
