EARNINGS FOR THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD MEMBER
INDONESIAN REPUBLIC RADIO SUPERVISOR

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that in order to improve the quality, achievement, devotion, and spirit of work and the fluency of the implementation of the duties of the Chairman and Member of the Supervising Board of the Republic of Indonesia are seen to reestablish the Income for the Chairman and Member of the Supervising Board of Radio Republik Indonesia with the Presidential Regulation;

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act Number 32 Year 2002 on Broadcasting (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2002 Number 139, Extra Sheet of State of Indonesia No. 4252);
3. Government Regulation No. 12 of 2005 on the Public Broadcasting Agency of Radio Republic of Indonesia (leaf of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005 No. 29, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4486);

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON INCOME FOR THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE RADIO WATCHLIST OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. The Supervising Board of the Republic of Indonesia is the organ of the public broadcasting agency Radio Republik Indonesia which serves on behalf of the public, government, and elements of the public broadcasting agencies who exercise oversight duties to achieve the objectives of the agency Public broadcasting.
2. The income of the Republic of Indonesia Radio Supervisors Council is the income given in the form of money to the Chairman and Member of the Supervisors Board of the Republic of Indonesia in carrying out its duties in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 2
(1) To the Chairman and Member of the Radio Supervising Board of the Republic of Indonesia is granted earnings every month.
(2) Earnings as referred to in paragraph (1) consist of:
a. Principal Pay; and
B. Benefits.
(3) The improvement as referred to in paragraph (2) of the letters, consists of:
a. Office Allowances;
B. Health Benefits;
C. Housing Benefits;
D. Transport Benefits; and
e. Old Day Benefits;

Section 3
(1) The earnings of the Chairman of the Supervising Board of the Republic of Indonesia are Rp. 25,000.000.00 (twenty-five million rupiah) with income details as follows:
1. Principal Salary: Rp. 2,500.000.00
2. Allowance Of Office: Rp. 5.500,000.00
3. Health improvement: Rp. 3.000.000.00
4. Housing improvement: Rp. 5.500.000.00
5. Transpotate improvements: Rp. 5.000.000.00
6. Old Day improvement: Rp. 3,500.000.00
(2) The income of the Member of the Supervising Board of the Republic of Indonesia is Rp. 22.000.000.00 (twenty-two million rupiah) with income details as follows:
1. Principal Salary: Rp. 2,500.000.00
2. Allowance Office :Rp.4.500.000.00
3. Health allowance :Rp.2,500.000.00
4. Housing improvement: Rp. 5.000.000.00
5. Transpotassium Improvement: Rp. 5.000.000.00
6. Old Day improvement: Rp. 2,500.000.00

Section 4
The Chairman and Member of the Radio Supervising Board of Indonesia is not entitled to any other fixed income other than those from the State Revenue and Shopping Budget.

Section 5
Income tax on the provision of principal wages and allowances for the Chairman and Member of the Radio Supervising Board of the Republic of Indonesia is borne by the Government.

Section 6
The Chairman and Member of the Radio Supervising Board of Indonesia who quit or ends his term is not given a pension and/or severance.

Section 7
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance.

Section 8
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, then the Presidential Regulation No. 108 of 2006 on Earnings For Chairman and Member of the Board of Supervisers of the Republic of Indonesia Radio, revoked and stated does not apply.

Section 9
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
