ABOUT
DISSOLUTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT ACCELERATION COORDINATION TEAM
THE POWER PLANT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That in order to program the acceleration of the power plant to be available, there is always an equal amount of power available to good service quality, with the Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2006 as amended. with the Presidential Regulation No. 6 of 2010, it has been set up by the Accelerated Coordinating Team of the Construction of Power Plants;
B. that in the efforts of the nation's apparatus, it is assessed that it is time for the handling of the electrical power to be done functionally by each ministry according to its task and function;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, need to establish the President's Regulation on the Dissolution Of The Coordination Coordination Team Of The Construction Of Power Plants;
Given: Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE ACCELERATED COORDINATION TEAM OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF POWER PLANTS.
Section 1
(1) Dissolved The Acceleration Coordination Team of the Construction Power Plant which was formed with the Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2006 as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 6 of 2010.
(2) With the dissolution of the Acceleration Coordination Team of the Building of Power Plants as referred to in paragraph (1), Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs dissolved the Working Group and the Secretariat of the Coordinating Development Team Power plant.
Section 2
With the dissolution of the Acceleration Coordination Team to the construction of the power plant as referred to in Article 1, the task of the Coordinating Team of Accelerating the construction of the next unsettled electrical power plant was carried out by the The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of State-owned Enterprises, and the National Development Planning Ministry/National Development Planning Agency, according to their respective duties and functions.
Section 3
All documents managed by the Accelerated Coordinating Team Building an Electrical Power Plant in order to perform its duties, submitted to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, and Minister for the State-owned Enterprises Agency.
Section 4
The further provisions required in the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are governed by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Minister of Finance, Minister of the State-owned Enterprises, and the National Development Planning Minister/Head of Planning Agency National Development, as per their respective tasks and functions.
Section 5
By the time the President's Regulation came into effect, the Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2006 on the Team of Acceleration Coordination of the Construction Plant, as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 6 of 2010, is revoked and declared. does not apply.
Section 6
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
