ABOUT
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF KING ALI HAJI MARITIME UNIVERSITY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to improve and develop human resources and the structuring of means and infrastructure in the field of higher education and improving the quality of education in the Riau Islands Province, need to establish the Maritime University of Raja Ali Hajj as a college in the environment of the Ministry of National Education;
B. that the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji is a diversion from the Maritime University Raja Ali Haji administered by the Riau Islands Provincial Education Foundation whose transfer of assets has been carried out by the Riau Islands Provincial Education Foundation to the Minister of National Education in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law;
c. that based on the consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Establishment of the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATION OF THE PRESIDENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MARITIME UNIVERSI-TAS KING ALI HAJI.
Section 1
With the Regulation the President is established the King Ali Haji Maritime University as a college in the environment of the Ministry of National Education.
Section 2
The King Ali Haji Maritime University as referred to in Article 1 organizes academic education and/or vocational education in a group of disciplines, technology, and/or art and if qualified can host Profession education.
Section 3
(1) Any financing necessary for the hosting of the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji is charged on the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
(2) The Local Government may assist in financing as referred to in paragraph (1) in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
Upon the beginning of the Presidential Regulation, all wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the Riau Islands Provincial Education Foundation are transferred to the wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji.
Section 5
By the time the President's Ordinance went into effect, all the employees of the Riau Islands Provincial Education Foundation who worked for the Maritime University of Raja Ali Hajj remained in charge until the status of the employment of the officials concerned. in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
The designation of the employment status as referred to in Section 5 is exercised as follows:
a. For example, the local civil servants who are employed at the Maritime University of Ali Hajj can be transferred to the State of the Central Civil Service and are assigned to the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji;
B. For those of us who are not from the civil servants who work for the Maritime University of the King Ali Hajj can be appointed as the Candidate for the Central Civil Service to the extent that the requirements are in accordance with the provisions of the laws and of the country. was assigned to the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji.
Section 7
The further provisions required for the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are governed by the Minister of National Education, the Minister of State of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms, the Minister of Finance, and/or the Head of the State Governing Body. Together or individually, in accordance with the field of duty each with regard to the provisions of the laws.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
