b. that based on the directive of the President in meetings limited to the State Guest House on March 18, 2011, Limited in Cikeas Meeting on 20 and 21 March 2012 on the implementation of Muhibah KRI Yos Sudarso (353) and KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma (355) to Sri Lanka and Oman;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the regulation of the Minister of defence of Muhibah KRI Yos Sudarso (353) and KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma (355) to Sri Lanka and Oman;

4. Regulation of the Minister of defence of number 16 in 2008 about the conduct of the Defence policies of the State;
5. Regulation of the Minister of Defence No. 3 of 2009 Public Policy about the use of force Indonesia National Army (Republic Indonesia in 2009 Number 158);
Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of DEFENCE of MUHIBAH KRI YOS SUDARSO (353) and KRI ABDUL HALIM PERDANAKUSUMA (355) to SRI LANKA and OMAN.
Article 1 in regulation this Minister is Muhibah KRI Yos Sudarso (YOS 353) KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma and (AHP 355) to Sri Lanka and Oman hereafter Muhibah is a form of implementation of the activities in order to improve the professionalism of Indonesia national army soldier matra sea.

Muhibah article 2 referred to in article 1 is carried out within two months or sixty (60) days and may be extended pursuant the directive of the President.

Article 3 Muhibah as referred to in article 1 is coordinated by the Minister of Defense and Commander of the National Army of Indonesia.

Article 4 in order execution Muhibah as referred to in article 1, the Defense Minister and the Commander of the Indonesia national army can take the steps deemed necessary, significant, and useful.

Article 5-led Delegation Muhibah as stipulated in article 1 reported on developments in the implementation of the activities of Muhibah to Defense Minister and Commander of the National Army of Indonesia.

Article 6 all the costs necessary for the implementation of Muhibah as stipulated in article 1 was charged to the income and Expenditure budget of the State at the Ministry of defense based on the directive of President and Commander in Chief of the Army's budget submission National Indonesia, and subsequently presented to the Minister of finance.

Article 7 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date specified.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation with its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
