D. providing technical guidance and evaluation in the field of media-based creative economics, design, and science and technology; and
e. implementation of the administration of the Directorate General of Creative Economy Based Media, Design, and Science and Technology.
Section 511
The Inspector General has the task of carrying out internal oversight in the environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
Section 512
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 511, the Inspectorate General organizes function:
a. the formulation of the formulation of an internal oversight policy in the Ministry of Creative Economy and Creative Economy;
B. implementation of internal supervision in the environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to performance and finance through auditing, revivation, evaluation, monitoring, and other surveillance activities;
c. implementation of supervision for a particular purpose on the assignment of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy;
D. Drafting of the surveillance results report in the environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy; and
e. implementation of the General Inspectorate General.
Section 513
The Creative Energy and Tourism Resources Development Agency has the task of carrying out the development of tourism resources and creative economy.
Section 514
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 513, the Creative Resource Development Agency and the Creative Economy organized the function:
a. Drafting of the technical policies, plans and resource development programs in the field of tourism and creative economy;
B. implementation of resource development in the field of tourism and creative economy;
C. monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the implementation of resource development in the field of tourism and creative economy; and
D. execution of the administration of the Creative Economy and Creative Economy Agency.
Section 515
(1) Creative Protection Field Expert staff has the task of providing a recourse to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy regarding the issues of creative protection of creative work.
(2) The Expert Staff of Economic Services has the task of providing the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy on economic service issues.
(3) Staff of the Expert Relations Office have the task of giving the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy a matter of the issue of interagency relations.
(4) The Expert Staff of the Field of Science and Technology has the task of providing a review to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy on the issue of science and technology.
35. In between Section 611 and Section 612 of each section, Section 611A which reads as follows:

In leading the Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms, Minister of State Minister of Personnel and bureaucratic Reform as referred to in Article 611 of the paragraph (2) was assisted by the Deputy Minister of Personnel of the State of Aparatur and Bureaucratic Reform.
36. In between Section 647 and Section 648 is inserted 1 (one) section, the Article 647A which reads as follows:

In leading the National Development Planning Ministry, the National Development Planning Minister as referred to in Article 647 of the paragraph (2) was assisted by the Deputy Minister of National Development Planning.
37. The 650-letter section is deleted, so that Article 650 reads as follows:

a. Deleted;

In leading the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises, the Minister of State's Governing Bodies as referred to in Article 655 of the paragraph (2) was assisted by the Deputy Minister of State-owned Enterprises.
40. Article 704 is removed.
