Decide: define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION on CHANGES in BOTH TOP PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 24 of 2010 ABOUT the POSITION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of the MINISTRIES AS WELL AS the ORGANIZATION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of the ECHELON I ministries.
Article I some provisions in the regulations President Number 24 of 2010 about the position, duties, and functions of the Ministries as well as the Organization, duties, and functions of the Echelon I Ministries as amended Presidential regulation Number 67 in 2010, is amended as follows: 1. b. preparation of the planning, preparation, coordination and implementation of policies in the field of industry, technological innovation, and the economy;
c. monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the matter or activities in the field of industry, technological innovation, and the economy; and d. implementation of other tasks given by the Coordinating Minister for the economy.

Article 41 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 40, Deputy Field coordination of infrastructure and development of the region organize functions: a. the synchronization of planning, preparation, and implementation of policies in the field of infrastructure and development of the region;
b. preparation of the planning, preparation, coordination and implementation of policies in the field of infrastructure and development of the region;
c. monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the matter or activities in the field of infrastructure and development of the region; and d. implementation of other tasks given by the Coordinating Minister for the economy.
4. Article 444 Directorate General secondary education has the task of formulating and implementing the policies and technical standards in the field of secondary education.

Article 445 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 444, Directorate General of secondary education organizes functions: a. policy formulation in the field of secondary education;

b. implementation of policies in the field of secondary education;
c. drafting of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of secondary education; d. grant of technical guidance and evaluation in the field of secondary education; and e. administrative implementation Directorate of secondary education.

Article 446 Directorate General of higher education has the task of formulating and implementing the policies and technical standards in the field of higher education.

Article 447 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 446, the Directorate General of higher education hosts functions: a. policy formulation in the field of higher education;

b. implementation of policies in the field of higher education;
c. drafting of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of higher education; d. grant of technical guidance and evaluation in the field of higher education; and e. Administrative execution of the Directorate General of higher education.

Article 447A Directorate General of culture has a duty to formulate and implement policies and technical standards in the field of culture.

Article 447B in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 447A, Directorate General of culture organises functions: a. policy formulation in the field of culture;

b. implementation of policies in the field of culture;

c. drafting of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of culture;

d. grant of technical guidance and evaluation in the field of culture; and e. Administrative execution of the Directorate General of culture.

Article 448 of the General Inspectorate has the task of implementing the internal auditing in the environment of the Ministry of education and culture.

Article 449 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 448, the Inspectorate General of the organizing function of: a. the preparation of internal auditing policy formulation in the environment of the Ministry of education and culture;
b. implementation of internal auditing in the environment of the Ministry of education and culture on performance and finance through audit, reviu, evaluation, monitoring, and other surveillance activities;
c. implementation of oversight for a specific purpose over the assignment of the Minister of education and culture;
d. preparation of reports on the results of supervision in an environment of the Ministry of education and culture; and e. Administrative execution of the Inspectorate General.

Article 450 research and Development Agency has the task of carrying out research and development in the field of education and culture.

Article 451 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 450, the Agency conducts research and development function: a. drafting of technical policies, plans and programs of research and development in the field of education and culture;
b. the implementation of research and development in the field of education and culture;
c. monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the implementation of research and development in the field of education and culture; and d. the administrative implementation of the Agency's research and development.

Article 452 Language Coaching and Development Agency has the task of carrying out development, coaching, and protection of the language and literature of Indonesia.

Article 453 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 452, Language Coaching and development agency hosted a function:

a. preparation of the technical policy, plans and program development, coaching, and protection of the language and literature of Indonesia;
b. implementation development, coaching, and protection of the language and literature of Indonesia;

Section 504 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 503, Directorate General of Tourism Destination Development organizes functions: a. policy formulation in the field of development of tourism destinations;

b. implementation of policies in the field of development of tourism destinations;
c. drafting of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of development of tourism destinations;
d. grant of technical guidance and evaluation in the field of development of tourism destinations; and e. implementation of the Administration Directorate General of development of Tourism Destinations.
Article 505 of the Marketing Directorate of Tourism has the task of formulating and implementing the policies and technical standards in the field of tourism marketing.

Article 506 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 505, Directorate General of Tourism organizes functions: a. policy formulation in the field of tourism;

b. implementation of policies in the field of tourism;
c. drafting of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of tourism;
d. grant of technical guidance and evaluation in the field of tourism; and e. Administrative execution of the Marketing Directorate of tourism.

Article 507 Directorate General Economics-based Creative Arts and culture has the task of formulating and implementing the policies and technical standards in the field of economic-based creative arts and culture.

Section 508 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 507, Directorate General Economics-based Creative Arts and culture organizes functions: a. policy formulation in the field of economic-based creative arts and culture;

b. implementation of policies in the field of economic-based creative arts and culture;

c. implementation of oversight for a specific purpose over the assignment of Minister of tourism and Creative Economy;
