provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Regulation referred to by:

SCOPE AND PURPOSE
Article 2
Scope of the Regulation of the Head of Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics on the Order of the Fixed Term Appointment Of Civil Servants as Acting Daily Structural Office in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics including the conduct of the execution of the appointment of a daily executor. structural in the environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency.
Article 3
The objectives of the Regulation of the Head of the Meteorological, Climatology and Geophysics Agency on the Order of the Fixed Manner Of Appointment Of Civil Servants as the Daily Executing of Structural Office in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics is as a guideline for officials who are authorized in establishing civil servants as the daily executors of structural offices in the environment of the Meteorological, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) environment.
BAB III
LAYOUT OF THE DAILY EXECUTORS
STRUCTURAL OFFICIALS
Article 4
(1) The daily acting appointment is conducted, in which case the definitive official is impeded while to carry out its duties due to the

making a service visit to the area or abroad, following education and training/courses, on leave, performing Hajj services, being treated for illness, or other similar reasons.
(2) Managing Appointment the Daily Head of the Agency can only be done by the Head of the Agency.
(3) The daily executor for the definitive structural officer impeded while as referred to in paragraph (1) so that it cannot carry out its duties for the term time less than 7 (seven) working days, performed by the concerned officials.
(4) The daily executor for the definitive structural officer impeded while as referred to in paragraph (1), so that it cannot carry out its duties for a term of more than 7 (7) days of work done by the direct superior.
(5) In terms of the daily acting appointment of a definitive structural officer impeded while for a term of less than 7 (seven) business days as referred to in paragraph (3) and the official to be designated impeded, the appointment of the executor The Day of the Day of the Day of the Day of the Day of the Day.

Section 5
(1) The daily executor is conducted based on the warrant.
(2) The warrant is as referred to in paragraph (1), at least should satisfy the provisions as follows:
a. The warrant must specify the tasks that can be performed during a definite official hindrated while;
b. The daily executor does not have the authority to take or establish a binding key decision;
c. The appointment as a daily executor should not cause the concerned to be exempt from its definitive office; and
d. The daily executor is not granted a position allowance in its position as a daily executor.

(3) The warrant as a daily executor is created and arranged in accordance with Form The Daily Executing letter as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.
Section 6
Take An important decision as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the letter b can only be exercised by the definitive official concerned or the direct superior of the definitive official after coordinating with the definitive official who is temporarily impeded.
BAB IV
provisions CLOSING
Article 7
With the Ordinance of Regulation This head of the Agency, all other provisions of other laws that are as level or lower that governs regarding the day-to-day acting of the structural office contrary to the provisions in the Rule of the Chief of the Agency are declared to be not applicable.
Section 8
This Regulation is beginning to apply at the designated date.
