Section 5

The leadership of the Working Unit in the BMKG environment is responsible for the effectiveness of SPIP hosting in its working unit environment.

Section 6

(1) In the hosting of SPIP is set up the SPIP Organizing Task Force BMKG chaired by the Principal Secretary.

(2) The task and membership of the SPIP Organizing Task Force as referred to in paragraph (1) is subject to the decision of the Head of the Agency.

(3) The SPIP Organizing Task Force is supported by Organizing Task Force on each Workforce.

(4) Task Force The organizer of the Working Unit as referred to in paragraph (3) is chaired by:

a. Head of the General Bureau for the Principal Secretariat;

b. Head of Tata Enterprises for the Grand Hall of Meteorology and Geophysics Region;

c. Head of Sub Section for Pusdiklat/Inspectorate/Inspectorate/Atmospheric Monitoring Station/Meteorological Academy and Geophysics/Meteorological Station Class I and II/Station Klimatology Class I and Class II/Geophysical Station Class I and Class II; and

d. Officials in charge of Tata Enterprises for Class III Meteorological Station and Class IV/Class III Klimatology and Class IV/Class III and Class IV Classes Iii.

(5) The assignment and membership of the SPIP Organizing Task Force as referred to in paragraph (4) is subject to a Working Unit leadership decision.

BAB IV

STRENGTHENING OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SPIP

Section 7

To strengthen the encryption of SPI as referred to in Section 5, the Intern Surveillance is conducted on the hosting of the task and function as well as State Financial Accountability in the BMKG environment.

Article 8

(1) Internal supervision as referred to in Article 7 is conducted by the BMKG Inspectorate.

(2) The BMKG Inspectorate as referred to in paragraph (1) does an internal oversight through:

a. audit;

b. reviu;

c. evaluation;

d. monitoring; and

e. other surveillance activities.

Article 9

The BMKG Inspectorate conducts Intern Surveillance on activities in order to host the tasks and functions of the Working Unit funded with APBN and other sources as per the rules of the invite- invitation.

BAB V

CLOSING provisions

Article 10

(1) For the smooth hosting of SPIP, BMKG coordinates, cooperated, and synergies with BPKP as the SPIP Host instance.

(2) For the effectiveness of SPIP hosting, the SPIP Managing Task Force can coordinate, cooperate, and synergize with BPKP as the SPIP Holding Development Instance through the BMKG Inspectorate.

BAB I

Article 1

BAB II

CONTROL AUTHORITY

Article 2

(1) Head of the Agency performs Internal control of the governance of BMKG to achieve effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable management of the country's financial management.

(2) Internal control over the holding of government activities as is referred to in paragraph (1) with the guideline on SPIP as set in the Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 on the Government Intern Control System and its implementation regulations.

BAB III

HOSTING THE SPIP ON THE BODY METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS

Article 3

(1) Each Working Unit in the BMKG environment is required to apply the SPIP as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2), which includes the element:

a. control environment;

b. risk assessment;

c. control activities;

d. information and communication; and

e. internal control monitoring.

(2) The description and arrangement of the SPIP elements as referred to in paragraph (1) are performed in accordance with Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 on the Government Intern Control System.
