ABOUT
TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS THE USE OF SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUNDS (DAK) FIELD FOREST FIELD YEAR 2011
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR FORESTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under Section 59 of the paragraph (1), Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund, the Technical Minister has the authority to establish the Technical Lead of the Use of the Special Alocation Fund;
B. that in respect of the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Minister of Forestry Regulation on Technical Guidance of the Use of the Special Alocation Fund (DAK) Field of Forests of the Year of Budget 2011;

DECIDED:
Establish: FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS THE USE OF SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUNDS (DAK) FIELDS OF FORESTRY YEAR OF BUDGET 2011.
Section 1
The Technical Instructions For The Use Of Special Allocation Funds (DAK) Areas of Budget Year 2011 are as set forth in this Forestry Minister Regulation Attachment.
Section 2
The Technical Guide as referred to in Article 1, is the mandatory reference for the Provincial Government, the District/City in implementing the use of the Forest Service Special Alallocation Fund.
Section 3
The implementation of the Forest and Land Rehabilitation Activities whose resources are derived from the Special Allocation Fund of Forestry guidelines on the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 70/Menhut-II/2008 on the Technical Guidelines of Rehabilitation Forests and Land as has been amended by Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 26/Menhut-II/2010 on Changes to Forestry Minister Regulation No. P. 70/Menhut-II/2008 on Forest and Land Rehabilitation Technical Guidelines.
Section 4
With the Ordinance of the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry, the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P. 03/Menhut-II/2010 on Technical Guidance of the Use of the Special Allocation Area Of The Year 2010 Budget was revoked and declared to be not applicable.
Section 5
The Forest Minister ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
In order for everyone to know, the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry is promulred by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
