Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 381, 2011 REGULATIONS MINISTER of FORESTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER P. 49/MENHUT-II/2011 ABOUT FORESTRY PLAN NATIONAL LEVEL (RKTN) in 2011-2030 with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of FORESTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that under article 36 of regulation the Government Number 44 in 2004 about Forestry Planning, based on a geographic scale, the plan includes forestry forestry plan national level, provincial forestry plan , and the plan of forestry district level;
b. that based on the Government Regulation Number 38 in 2007 about Government Affairs Divisions between the Government, local governance and local governance of the province, Kabupaten/Kota, the Government National Forestry Plan menyusunan;
c. that based on consideration of the letter a and letter b, need to establish the regulation of the Minister of Forestry of National Forestry Plan (RKTN) in 2011-2030;
Remember: 1. Act No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 167 in 1999, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3888), as amended by Act No. 19 of 2004 concerning the determination of the Replacement Government Regulations Act No. 1 of 2004 on changes to the Act No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry into law (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 86 in 2004 Additional Sheets, the Republic of Indonesia Number 4412);
2. Government Regulation Number 44 in 2004 about Forestry Planning (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 146 in 2004, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4452);
3. Government Regulation number 6 in 2007 about the grammar of the forest and the preparation of forest management Plans, as well as the utilization of the forest (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 22 in 2007, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4696), as amended by regulation of the Government No. 3 in 2008 about the changes to the Government Regulation number 6 in 2007 about the grammar of the forest and the preparation of forest management Plans, as well as the utilization of the forest (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2008 number 16 Additional Sheets, the Republic of Indonesia Number 4815);
4. Government Regulation Number 38 in 2007 about Government Affairs Divisions between the Government, local governance and local governance of the province, Kabupaten/Kota (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 in 2007, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4737);

Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of FORESTRY of NATIONAL FORESTRY PLAN (RKTN) 2010-2030.
Article 1 (1) the National Forestry Plan contains instructions of spatial usage and utilization of macro or space and potential forest area for the development of forestry and development outside of forestry that uses the forest area in the national scale for a period of 20 years.
(2) the National Forestry Plan in 2011 – 2030 are as listed in the annex which is an integral part of this regulation.
Article 2 of the National Forestry Plan in 2011-2030 as stipulated in article 1 as reference in: a. Drafting Macro Plan of organization of Forestry;
b. the preparation of Provincial Forestry Plan, Kabupaten/Kota and forest management Plans at the level of forest management Unity (KPH);
c. preparation of a forestry development plan;
d. preparation of work plan Utilization of forest Ventures;
e. coordination of long-term planning and intermediate between sectors; and/or f.   The control of forestry development activities.

Article 3 Agencies/units/Parties: plans in forestry mandatory forest service devised a plan referred to in article 2 letter a, letter b, letter c, letter d and.

Chapter 4 Planning of forestry that has been compiled on the basis of the regulation of the Minister of forestry Number p. 01/Menhut-II/2008 about the National Forestry Plan, and the regulation of the Minister of forestry Number p. 42/Menhut-II/2010 about Forestry Planning System stated remains valid and obligatory adapted to this rule.

Article 5 With the establishment of this rule, a regulation of the Minister of forestry Number p. 01/Menhut-II/2008 about the National Forestry Plan was revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 6 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.

So everyone knows, this Minister of forestry Regulation enacted by its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
