BAB IV

ENFORCEMENT OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT

SECTION 7

Section 8

Section 9

(1) Other Than The Consideration Team Of Civil Servants Sanctions Civil Servants's scope of the Ministry of Forestry as referred to in Article 8, the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry also authorizes the Chief Technical Managing Unit as Chairman of the Ad Hoc Team to charge a breach of the Code of Conduct that the Penalty Rates are subject to Article 4 of the (2) letter a.

(2) The Ad Hoc Team consists of the Chief Technical Managing Unit as Team Leader and the Chief Sub-Section of Tata Enterprises and the Officer of Eselon IV the scope of the Technical Managing Unit as a member.

BAB III

SANCTION

Article 4

Article 5

(3) The statement is openly referred to in paragraph (1) letter b delivered by the authorized officer or other Officer appointed via:

a. The official meeting forum of the civil servants;

b. flag ceremony;

c. board the announcement.

Section 6

(1) The introduction of the disciplinary sanction as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (2) letter b in accordance with the Discipline Punishment Level consists of:

a. light discipline punishment;

b. Disciplinary punishment; and

c. severe disciplinary punishment.

(2) The type of light disciplinary punishment as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a, dropped in the event of a breach of the Ministry of Civil Service Civil Service of the Ministry of Forestry that negatively affects the work unit and is subjected to the sanction of one type of light discipline punishment consisting of:

a. oral reprimand;

b. written reprimand; and

c. unsatisfied statement in writing.
