Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 235, 2011 REGULATIONS MINISTER of FORESTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER p. 26/MENHUT-II/2011 ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the WORK of the GREAT HALL RESEARCH BIOTECHNOLOGY and PLANT BREEDING FOREST with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of FORESTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to improve organizational performance Research of forestry Hall, need to establish the Organization and work of the great Hall Research biotechnology and plant breeding forest with regulation of the Minister of forestry.

Decide: define: FORESTRY MINISTERIAL REGULATION ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the WORK of the GREAT HALL RESEARCH BIOTECHNOLOGY and PLANT BREEDING.
CHAPTER I the POSITION, duties and FUNCTION of article 1 (1) the great Hall Research biotechnology and plant breeding Forest is implementing technical research in the field of biotechnology and plant breeding forest under forest and are accountable to the head of the Agency for Forestry Research and development.

Article 2 of the Balai Besar Research biotechnology and plant breeding Forest has the task of carrying out research in the field of biotechnology and plant breeding forest forests according legislation.

Article 3 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 2, the Balai Besar Research biotechnology and plant breeding Forest hosts functions: a. the preparation of plans, programs and budgets of research in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding of forest;

c. the preparation of plans and implementation of the research cooperation in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding of forest;
d. implementation of the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of research in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding of forest;
e. development technology research results in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding of forest;
f. dissemination of information and technology (science and technology) research results and developments in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding of forest;
g. research forest management became the responsibility of the Balai Besar;
h. implementation of the financial management of the Balai Besar;
i. management of the Balai Besar research infrastructure;
j. implementation of Administrative Affairs and the great Hall household; and k.  management of staffing Large Hall.
CHAPTER II ORGANIZATION article 4 (1) of the great Hall Research biotechnology and plant breeding Forest consists of: a. the field of Program evaluation;

b. fields of Data, information and cooperation;

c. General section; and d.  The Functional Position Of The Group.

Article 5 the field Evaluation Program and had the task of carrying out the preparation of plans, programs and budgets of research, monitoring and evaluation, as well as the preparation of reporting the implementation of the research activities in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding.
Article 6 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 5, the field of Program Evaluation and organizes functions: a. the preparation of drafting the plans, programs and budgets of research in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding of forest; and b.  preparation of materials of monitoring and evaluation as well as preparation of reports on the activities of the great Hall.
Article 7 the field of Program evaluation consists of: a. a sexy Program and budget; and b.  Evaluation and reporting section.

Article 8 (1) of section of the Program and Budget had the task of carrying out the preparation of plans, programmes and budgets for the management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding.
(2) Evaluation and reporting Section has the task of carrying out monitoring and evaluation, implement the preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports, semiannual reports, annual report, and the report of the accountability of government agencies (LAKIP) Great Hall, preparing the material coordination evaluation of development programs of the Agency's R & D level of forestry, and preparing the synthesis management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding.

Article 10 in carrying out the tasks referred to article 9, the field Data, information and cooperation conducts the functions: a. data management research results, facilitating Assembly and packaging technology, preparation of dissemination material information and technology (science and technology), preparation of policy advice in the field of management of forest biotechnology and plant breeding of forest and forest management research;
b. preparation of material planning and facilitation of research cooperation, the granting of a filing administrative support and implementation of the protection of research results, as well as the management of the research facility included forest research.
Article 11 Data Fields, information and cooperation consists of: a. the section Data, information and Dissemination; and b.  Sexy cahoots, forest area With a special purpose (KHDTK) and development.

Article 12 (1) of section Data, information and Dissemination has the task of implementing the management of data and information research results, data and information to prepare the publication of statistics, facilitate the Assembly and packaging technology, organizes the dissemination of research results of forestry through the issuance of publications, exhibitions, have, workshops, technology, title appointment-speech, policy brief-as well as the Organization of the library.

Article 13 General section has the task of carrying out administrative affairs, personnel, finance, management of State-owned goods, kerumahtanggaan and correspondence.

Article 15 General Part consists of: a. CHAPTER IV The LAYOUT WORK


Article 19 In doing their job the head of a large Hall, Head, head of Section, head of Section, head of sub-division and Functional Office is obliged to apply the principle of coordination, integration, and synchronization in both the environmental unit of their respective organizations as well as with other agencies outside the Great Hall in accordance with the field of duty.
