THE SECOND CHANGE TO INDONESIA ' S BANK REGULATIONS
NUMBER 6/28/PBI/2004 ON SPENDING AND CIRCULATION OF THE RUPIAH BANKNOTE OF 100,000 (HUNDRED THOUSAND)

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

GOVERNOR OF THE BANK OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that the rupiah ' s spending and distribution is intended to provide cash in the community as a legitimate payment tool (legal tender) in the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia;
B. that in order to further optimize the function of the elements on the rupiah currency design of the 100,000 (one hundred thousand) as legal tender in the State of the Republic of Indonesia, the change of the safeguard elements on the rupiah's money design;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, it is necessary to make a second change to the Indonesian Bank Regulation No. 6/28/PBI/2004 on Spending and the Roundup of Rupiah Paper 100s of 100,000 (Hundred Thousand) Year of the 2004 Emission;

Considering:   1. Act of the Republic of Indonesia No. 23 Year 1999 on Bank Indonesia (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 1999 No. 66, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3843), as it has been Amended last few times with Law Number 6 of the Year 2009 on the Decree of Government Regulation Substitute No. 2 Year 2008 on Second Amendment Act 1999 Number 23 on the Bank of Indonesia Being Law (sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia 2009 Number 7, Extra Sheet) Republic of Indonesia No. 4962);
2. Act of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 Year 2011 on Currency (Sheets Of State Republic Of Indonesia In 2011 Number 64, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 5223);
3. Indonesian Bank Regulation No. 6/14/PBI/2004 on Spending, Circular, Revocation and Withdrawal, And Annihilation Of Rupiah (Sheet State Of Republic Of Indonesia 2004 Number 52, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4388) As amended by the Regulation of the Bank of Indonesia Number 9/10/PBI/2007 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2007 Number 113, Additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4762);

DECIDED:

SET: THE SECOND CHANGE TO INDONESIA ' S BANK REGULATION NUMBER 6/28/PBI/2004 ON EXPENDITURE AND CIRCULATION OF THE RUPIAH BANKNOTE OF 100,000 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND) YEARS OF EMISSIONS 2004.

Section 1
Some provisions in the Bank of Indonesia Regulation No. 6/28/PBI/2004 on Spending and Circular Paper Money Rupiah 100,000 (Hundred Thousand) Year 2004 (2004 Republic of Indonesia Gazette Number 162) as it has been Amended by Regulation of Bank Indonesia No. 11 /9/PBI/2009 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 46) was changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 4 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 4
The rupiah is a fraction of 100,000 (a hundred thousand) as referred to in Article 1, for the year of printing from January 2009 to June 2011, as of June 2011:
a. Color
the advance and the back of the money are printed with the dominant red color;

B. Image
1. The face part
2. a) the main image of the image of Proklamator Dr. Ir. Sukarno and Dr. H. Mohammad Hatta and under it were inscribed " DR. -IR. SUKARNO "and" DR. H. MOHAMMAD HATTA ";
b) among the Proclamator images there is a Proclamation text with the background of the Flag of the Republic of Indonesia Republic;
c) on the top left of the main image in the horizontal direction and on the right of the water mark in a vertical direction, there is a nominal number of "100000";
d) on the left of the main image there is a picture of the Proclamation Building;
e) above the left image of the Proclamation Building there is a picture of each other (rectoverso) which if illuminated in the direction of light will be seen the logo of the Bank of Indonesia in whole;
f) on the lower left of the main image with the horizontal direction there is the inscription "BANK INDONESIA" and under the inscription "HUNDRED THOUSAND RUPIAH";
g) to the left of the main image and on top of the inscription "BANK INDONESIA" is a tuna netra (blind code) code of 2 (two) a circle of the circle that feels rough if it is done;
h) on the top right of the main image is a hidden image (latent image) of the "BI" in a rectangular frame shaped ornament that can be viewed from a particular point of view;
i) on the top right of the main image is the image of the Republic of Indonesia's Republic of Indonesia, which is Garuda Pancasila;
j) on the bottom right there is the Bank Indonesia logo in a field of five printed ink (optically variable ink) that will change color from the golden yellow color to green if seen from the angle a specific view;
k) to the right of the main image is the year of the printing "2009" (the 2009 figure will be changed according to the year of the money printing), the "COUNCIL GOVERNOR", the sign of the Governor of the Bank of Indonesia, as well as the "GOVERNOR" script, and the signature Deputy governor of the Bank of Indonesia, as well as "DEPUTY GOVERNOR";
l) as the background and field fillers consist of wavy, tilted, and curved lines that make up a particular ornament;
m) a microtext with "BANKINDONESIA" or "BI" written and can only be read with a magnifying glass help exists:
1) on the top left edge, center left edge and on the bottom left edge that forms a basic pattern with different text colors;
2) in the middle section, under the text of the arch-shaped Proclamation;

3. The back of
a) the main image is a picture of the People's Consultative Assembly Building and the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia;
b) at the bottom of the main image is the inscription "WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY, THE BANK OF INDONESIA ISSUING MONEY AS A VALID PAYMENT TOOL WITH A VALUE OF A HUNDRED THOUSAND RUPIAH";
c) at the top of the main image is a map of the Indonesian Islands Map that will contain the yelp of the yelp under the ultra violet light;
d) on the water mark, there is an invisible print of an image of the People's Consultative Assembly and the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia which will win the redness under the ultra violet light;
e) on the top left of the main image, there is an invisible print of a nominal number "100000" that will win the greenish yellow in the ultra violet light;
f) a serial number consisting of 3 (three) letters and 6 (six) figures is located on the lower left of the money printed with black ink that will win the greenness under the ultra violet rays and on the top right below the writing "BANKINDONESIA" printed with red ink that will shorten the yellow of yellow in the ultra violet light;
g) on the top right of the main image is the inscription "BANK INDONESIA";
h) at the top right below the serial number is an image of each other (rectoverso) which if illuminated in the direction of light will be seen the Bank of Indonesia logo intact;
i) on the bottom right of the horizontal direction and on the top left in the vertical direction there is a nominal number of "100000";
j) to the bottom right below just below the nominal number "100000" there is the inscription "PERUM PRINTING MONEY RI IMP" and the expenditure year figure "2004";
k) microtext with "BANKINDONESIA" or "BI" written and can only be read with a magnifying glass help exists:
1) on the middle left edge of the arch-shaped;
2) on the top right of the roof image of the People's Consultative Assembly and the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia that make up the basic pattern of money;
3) on the middle right edge of the shape of the arch;
l) miniteks i.e. small-size text that can be read without the help of a magnifying glass is above and below the watermark of the "BANKINDONESIA" inscription that is curled with different colors and text sizes;

C. Materials
the money paper has specifications as follows:
1. made of cotton fiber;
2. Long size 151 mm and 65 mm wide;
3. The pink color;
4. It does not fade under the ultra violet light;
5. The water signature of National Hero W.R. Soepratman and electrotypeof ornaments;
6. A web-shaped safety thread containing the "BI 100000" micro-writing that is whole or partially cut;
7. A certain type of pigment shaped two lines with no gaps will change the color of the copper red to green and the blue color turns to golden yellow when viewed from a particular point of view.

2. In between Section 4 and Section 5 is inserted 1 (one) section, the Article 4A which reads as follows:

Section 4A
The rupiah currency of the 100,000 (hundred thousand) rupiah as referred to in Article 1, for the year of printing starting in July 2011 is:
a. Color
the advance and the back of the money are printed with the dominant red color;

B. Image
1. The front part
a) the main image of the Dr. Ir Proklamator image. Sukarno and Dr. H. Mohammad Hatta and under it were inscribed " DR. -IR. SUKARNO "and" DR. H. MOHAMMAD HATTA ";
b) among the Proclamator images there is a Proclamation text with the background of the Flag of the Republic of Indonesia Republic;
c) above the Proclamation text there is a rainbow printing in a rectangle-shaped field which will change color if viewed from a different point of view;
d) on the top left of the main image in the horizontal direction and on the right of the water mark in a vertical direction, there is a nominal number of "100000";
e) on the left of the main image is the Image of the Proclamation Building;
f) above the left of the image of the Proclamation Building there is a picture of one's content (rectoverso) which if illuminated in the direction of light will be seen the logo of the Bank of Indonesia in whole;
g) on the lower left of the main image in the horizontal direction is the inscription "BANK INDONESIA" and under the inscription "HUNDRED THOUSAND RUPIAH";
h) to the left of the main image, on top of the inscription "BANK INDONESIA" there is a blind code of netra (blind code) of 2 (two) black circles that feel rough if it is done;
i) on the top right of the main image is a hidden image (latent image) inscription "BI" in a rectangular frame shaped ornament that can be viewed from a particular point of view;
j) on the top right of the main image is the image of the Republic of Indonesia's Republic of Indonesia, i.e. Garuda Pancasila;
k) to the right of the main image there is a small circle-shaped orange-shaped design element and the center is white-colored, which is distributed;
l) on the bottom right there is the Bank of Indonesia logo in a field of five printed ink (optically variable ink) that will change color from the golden yellow color to green when viewed from Certain viewpoints;

h) on the top right of the main image is the inscription "BANK INDONESIA";
i) on the top right below the serial number is an image of each other (rectoverso) which if illuminated in the direction of light will be seen the logo of the Bank of Indonesia in whole;
j) on the bottom right of the horizontal direction and on the top left in the vertical direction there is a nominal number of "100000";
k) on the bottom right right below the nominal number "100000" there is the inscription "PERUM PRINTING MONEY RI IMP" and the expenditure year figure "2004";
l) microtext with "BANKINDONESIA" or "BI" written and can only be read with a magnifying glass help exists:
1) on the middle left edge of the arch-shaped;
2) on the top right of the roof image of the People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council and the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia that make up the basic pattern of money;
3) on the middle right edge of the shape of the arch;
m) miniteks i.e. small-size text that can be read without the help of a magnifying glass is above and below the watermark of the "BANKINDONESIA" inscription that is curled with different colors and text sizes;

C. Materials

3. Section 5A was removed.

Article II
The rupiah banknote of 100,000 (a hundred thousand) issued by the Bank of Indonesia before the enactment of the Indonesian Bank Regulation, it remains in effect as long as it has not been repealed and withdrawn from circulation.

Article III
The Bank of Indonesia ' s Regulation is beginning to apply at the designated date.
