REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA TRADE MINISTER

NUMBER 39/M-DAG/PER/12/2011 ON

THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE TRADE MINISTER ' S REGULATION NUMBER 36/M-DAG/PER/9/2007 ABOUT PUBLISHING THE LICENSE

ENTERPRISE COMMERCE

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY TRADE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: a. that the area tax and area levy is one of the essential sources of area income to finance the implementation of regional governance based on the area tax object and the object of the area levy as set in the Invite-Invite No. 28 Year 2009 on Regional Tax and Regional Retribution;

Number 28 Year 2009 on Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution needs to change the terms of the charge of the levy;

d. that based on consideration as in the letter a, the letter b and the letter c, need to change the Regulation of Trade Minister Regulation No. 46/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 on the Change of the Regulation of Trade Minister Number 36 /M-DAG/PER/9/2007 about the Application for the Trading Business Permit Letter;

e. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c and the letter d, need to establish the Trade Minister Regulation;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF TRADE MINISTERS ON CHANGE

SECOND OVER TRADE MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 36/M-DAG/PER/9/2007 ABOUT PUBLISHING THE LICENSE OF THE TRADING VENTURE.

Article I provisions Article 16 in Trade Minister Regulation No. 36 /M-DAG/PER/9/2007 on the Publishing of the Commercial Licence Agreement as amended by the Regulation of Trade Minister Number 46/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 amended, so that reads as follows:

Article 16 Any Trading Company submitting a new SIUP application, reregistration, alteration and/or replacement of the missing or damaged SIUP is not subject to retribution.
