Article 8

Article 9

(1) The fishing trawler hela (trawls), as referred to in Article 6 of the letter c, consists of: a. The bottom trawler (bottom trawls); b. Mid-water trawls (midwater trawls); c. The trawler sighed the planks (otter twin trawls); and d. The thrust trawler.

(2) The trawler sighed (bottom trawls) as referred to in verse (1) the letter a, consists of: a. The base of the trawler is palled (beam trawls); b. The trawler sighed the plank (otter trawls); c. Article 11

(1) Lift net fishing device (nets nets), as referred to in Article 6 of the letter e, consists of: a. anco (portable elevator nets); b. boating lifting nets (boat-operated lift nets); and

c. chart tancap (shore-operated stationary elevator nets). (2) The boating lift (boat-operated lift nets), as referred to

paragraph (1) the letter b, consists of: a. a boating chart; and b. bouke ami.

Article 12

a. labuh trawler (long bag set net); b. togo; c. Ambai; d. jermal; and e. hardening.

Article 15

(1) The fishing fishing Tool (hooks and lines), as referred to in Article 6 of the letter i consists of: a. handlines and pole-lines/hand operated; b. handlines and pole-lines/mechanized; c. base rawai (set longlines); d. Drifting rawai (drifting longlines); e. tonda (trolling lines); and f. Kite fishing.

(2) Handlines and pole-lines/hand operated as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a consists of: a. Fishing rod; b. Fishing rod; c. huhate; and d. squid angling.

(3) Handlines and pole-lines/mechanized, as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b consists of: a. squid jigging; and b. huhate mechanical.

(4) Rawai drifting (drifting longlines), as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter d consists of: a. The rawai is tuna; and b. The rawai cucut.

Article 16

The fishing device is a tool of clamping and wounding (grappling and apparatus), as referred to in Article 6 of the letter j consists of:

Article 17 of the Terms of the designation, abbreviation, encoding, and image of the fishing tool as referred to in Article 6 is set in its own with the Minister ' s Decision.

CHAPTER IV OF THE FISH CAPTURE AIDS

Article 18 of the Fish Capture Tool consists of: a. rumpon; and b. lamp;

Article 19

(1) Rumpon as referred to in Article 18 of the letter a tool to collect fish by using various forms and types of binding/atractors of solid objects that serve to lure fish to fish. assemble.

Article 7

(1) The ring net capture tool (surrounding nets) as referred to in Article 6 of the letter a, consists of: a. The ring-straped net (with purse lines/purse seine); and b. The ring net wiNRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, and WPP-NRI 718.

c. mesh size ≥ 3 inch and rope ris over ≤ 300 m, using the ≥ 30 GT-sized motorboat, and operated on the III fish capture line at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 714, W 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, and WPP-NRI 718.

(6) The cantrang API as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (2) letter e is an active-operated API with a mesh size ≥ 2 inch and a ris top rope, using the < 30 GT-sized motorboat, and operated on the II and III fishing lines in the WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, and WPP-NRI 713.

(7) The base lampara API as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (2) the letter f is an active-operated API using a mesh size ≥ 1 3/4 inch and the ris strap over the 30 m, using the < 5 GT-sized motorboat, and is operated on the IB, II and III fishing lines in WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, and WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, and WPP-NRI 718.

Article 24

(1) the trawler sid API (beam trawls) as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (2) the letter is an active API operated with using the mesh size ≥ 1 inch and the ris strap top 10 m, using the < 5 GT sized motorboat, and operated on the IB, II and III fishing lines at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, and WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

b. mesh size ≥1.5 inch and rope ris over the height of the 16 m, using the sized > 5 s/d 10 GT motorboat, and operated on the IB, II and III fishing lines at the WPP-NRI 716.

c. mesh size ≥1.5 inch and rope ris over the medium 22.5 m, using the sized motor boat > 10 s/d < 30 GT, and operated on the II and III fishing lines at the WPP-NRI 716.

(3) A two-ship (pair trawls) trawler API as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (2) the letter c is an active API, and is prohibited from operating on all fishing lines and in all WPP-NRI.

(4) API nephrops trawl (nephrops trawls) as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (2) the letter d is an active API, and is prohibited from operating in all fishing lines and in all WPP-NRI.

(5) shrimp trawler (double rig trawls) as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (2) letter e is an active-operated API with a mesh size ≥1.75 inch and a ris top rope ≤ 30 m (2 units), using the ship motor sized > 30 GT, and operated on the II and III fishing lines in WPP-NRI 718 with isobath -10m, at 1300BT to the East.

(6) The fish trawler API as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (3) letter a is an API that is actively operated with a mesh size ≥ 2 inch and a ris strap over the 60 m (s), using the ship Motor size > 30 GT, and operated on fish capture line III in WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

(7) A two-ship hela trawler (pair trawls) as referred to in Article 9 of the letter b is an active API, and is prohibited from operating in all fishing lines and in all WPP-NRI.

(9) The board of the otter twin trawls (otter twin trawls) as referred to in Article 9 of the letter c is an active API, and is prohibited from operating in all fishing lines and in all WPP-NRI.

(10) The thrust trawler API as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (1) the letter d is an active, and is prohibited from operating in all fishing lines and in all WPP-NRI.

Article 25

(1) the ship dredges API (boat dredges) as referred to in Article 10 of the letter a is an active API operated with mouth opening of P < 2.5 m and T < 0.5 m, using the < 5 GT-sized motorboat, and operated on the IB, II, and III fishing lines at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

(2) the ship without ship (hand dredges) as referred to in Article 10 of the letter b is an active API operated with mouth opening of P < 2.5 m and T < 0.5 m, and is operated on the IA fishing line at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712,

Article 26

(1) API anco (portable elevator nets)) as referred to in Section 11 of the paragraph (1) the letter is a passive-operated API with the size of P < 10 m and L < 10 m, and is operated on the IA fishing line at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

with total power < 2,000 watts, uses a < 5 GT sized motorboat, and is operated on the IB fishing line at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

b. mesh size ≥ 1 inch; P < 20 m; and L < 20 m, using ABPI of light with total power < 2,000 watt, using motor boat sized > 5 s/d 10 GT, and operated on the IB and II fishing line at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

c. mesh size ≥ 1 inch; P < 30 m; and L < 30 m, using ABPI of light with total power < 2,000 watts, using a motor ship sized > 10 s/d < 30 GT, and operated on the fishing line II and III at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

(12) The seser API as referred to in Section 14 of the letter h is an active API, used only for subsistence fishermen and small scale (artisanal) operated in all fishing lines and in all WPP-NRI.

Section 30

(1) The tenable fishing API as referred to in Section 15 of the paragraph (2) of the letter is a passive-operated API for all sizes of fishing vessels, and on all fishing lines and at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

(2) The fishing rod as referred to in Section 15 of the paragraph (2) letter b is a passive-operated API for all sizes of fishing vessels, and on all fishing lines and at WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718.

(3) the huhate API as referred to in Article 15 of the paragraph (2) of the letter c is an active-operated API using rod number 6, using the size > 5 GT, and operated on the IB fishing line, II, and the second version of the letter. and III in WPP-NRI 571, WPP-NRI 572, WPP-NRI 573, WPP-NRI 711, WPP-NRI 712, WPP-NRI 713, WPP-NRI 714, WPP-NRI 715, WPP-NRI 716, WPP-NRI 717, WPP-NRI 717 and WPP-NRI 718. CHAPTER VI MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Article 33

(1) Monitoring and evaluation of the fishing and stationing course of the API and ABPI on the line at WPP-NRI was carried out by Directorate General of Fishing Capture and Service province or county/city service responsible in the field of fisheries in accordance with its authority.

(2) Monitoring and evaluation as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed with

monitoring and field checks against assignment of APIs and ABPIs on the path at WPP-NRI.

BAB VII SANCTION Section 34

The use of APIs and ABPI that does not correspond to the level of selectivity and API capacity, type and size of ABPI, size of fishing vessels, and fishing lines in WPP-NRI as referred to in Regulation The minister is charged with criminal penalties in accordance with the provisions of Article 100 and Article 100C of the Act No. 31 of 2004 on Fisheries as amended by Law No. 45 of 2009.
