KOMINFO/06/2011 ABOUT CHANGES to the DECISION of the MINISTER of TRANSPORTATION KM NUMBER. 35 in 2004 ABOUT ORGANIZING LOCAL FIXED WIRELESS NETWORK with LIMITED MOBILITY with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of COMMUNICATIONS and INFORMATICS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the provision of local fixed networks made possible the use of wireless technology (wireless) limited mobility access as a customer;
b. that in order the implementation of cost-based interconnection, then in doing interconnection cost calculation is obligated to follow the terms of interconnection charges for local fixed wireless network with limited mobility;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letters a and b above, need to set Regulations Minister of communication and Information about changes to the decision of the Minister of transport Number 35 of 2004 concerning the Organization of the Local Fixed Wireless Network with limited mobility;

DECIDED: setting:P ERATURAN MINISTER of INFORMATICS and COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING CHANGES to the TOP of the DECISIONS of the MINISTER of TRANSPORTATION KM number: 35 2004 ABOUT ORGANIZING LOCAL FIXED WIRELESS NETWORK with LIMITED MOBILITY article I the provisions of article 13 of decision of the Minister of transport Number 35 of 2004 concerning the Organization of the Local Fixed Wireless Network with limited mobility was changed so that Article 13 reads as follows: article 13 the cost of interconnection on the holding of local fixed wireless network with limited mobility following the provisions of the legislation.
Article II of these regulations in effect on the date set.

So that everyone knows it, ordered the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation with its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
