Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of MANPOWER and TRANSMIGRATION of MINIMUM SERVICE STANDARD DEVELOPMENT WORK WORKOUT BALAI BESAR ABROAD BEKASI.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation of the Minister, is: 1. Minimum Service Standards, hereinafter abbreviated MSS, is a technical specification of the minimum service benchmarks provided by Great Hall Development Work Practice Abroad Bekasi to the community.

5. Training cooperation is increasing the ability of the trainee's work organized by third parties.
6. Competence is the ability of assessments systematically the work done as well as it includes aspects of knowledge, skills and/or expertise and attitude to work in accordance with standards established for specific professions and level field to obtain certification 7.  Services business is serving or giving something required of others.
8. On Job Training, hereinafter called the OJT training, was at work in the production process/service to solidify the results of training theory and practice of appropriate vocational training institutions work.
CHAPTER II AIMS and OBJECTIVES article 2 SPM has the purpose of: a. conducting a Prime Ministry manifest in accordance with the expectations and needs of both the giver or the recipient of services;

Chapter V CLOSING PROVISIONS article 5 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date specified.
