Article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. The strategic plan of the Ministry of marine and Fisheries in 2010 – 2014, hereinafter called the Ministry's strategic plan is a planning document of the Ministry of marine and Fisheries for a period of 5 (five) years as of the year 2010 to 2014. 2. the work plan of the Ministry of marine and Fisheries, hereinafter called the Ministry work plan is a planning document of the Ministry of marine and Fisheries for a period of 1 (one) year. 3. Article 4 (1) Dekonsentrasi and pembantuan fields of marine and fisheries directed to accelerate the achievement of national development priorities goals, vision, and mission development marine and fisheries in accordance with the strategic plan of the Ministry.
