ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES OF THE PROGRAM AND DECONCENTRATION ACTIVITIES

AND THE DUTIES OF THE MARINE AND FISHERY MASTER ' S OFFICE

THE MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DECIDED: Establishing: MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERY RULES

ABOUT THE GENERAL GUIDELINES OF IMPLEMENTATION THE PROGRAM AND ACTIVITIES OF DECONCENTRATION AND THE TASK OF THE MASTER OF MARINE AND FISHERY.

Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation is referred to:

1. Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries 2010-2014, which further called the Strategic Plan of the Ministry was the planning document of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries for a period of 5 (five) years from 2010 to with 2014.

3. 4. The deconcentration of marine and fishing fields is the devolution of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries to the Governor as a representative of the Government.

5. The deconcentration of marine and fishery is a fund that comes from the budget of the central government of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries, which is administered by the Governor as a government representative, which includes all the receipts and expenses. Article 3

e. monitoring and evaluation; and

f. reporting.

Section 4

(1) Deconcentrations and duties of marine and fishery management are directed to accelerate the achievement of national development priority goals, vision, and mission of marine and fishery development according to The Strategic Plan of the Ministry.

(2) The funding of marine and fishery concentrations is directed to fund non-physical activities which are the affairs of the Ministry that are devolve to the governor, covering the synchronization activities and coordination, facilitation, technical guidance, training, counseling, supervision, research and surveys, fish carantings, coaching and surveillance, as well as control and reporting.

(3) Marine and fishery management duties are directed to fund activities that are physical, which is a matter of The ministries assigned to the province and/or district/city, for the construction and/or development of marine and fishery means and infrastructure, include:

a. catch fisheries;

b. fishing fisheries;

c. marketing and processing fishery results;

d. Marine, coastal, and small islands;

Article 5

Article 6

Article 10

Article 11
