CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 in this rule is: 1. The staffing Manager Officials are officials in charge of handling the Affairs of the employment scope of work unit Echelon II Secretariat, Itjen, Ditjen and environmental agency in the Ministry of transportation; 23. The staffing Data Mutation is a change regarding the employee data in terms of position, rank/title, Echelon, class, status, education, and retirement; 24. Data support is a document relating to employee data; 25. staffing database Server is a computer that serves as the center of the network where the data is stored in the staffing process of recording data is connected (on-line); 26. A Client is a computer that acts as a network or terminal node where the application is stored and the computer operator to record data to a server and retrieve information from the server; and 27. CHAPTER II the INTENT, purpose and SCOPE of article 2 (1) SIK Ministry intended to realize data processing and information officer at the Environment Ministry of transportation in a systematic and integrated way. Article 3 scope of the SIK Ministries include: a. the position, duties, authority and responsibilities of Trustees and Managers as well as Unit Manager Ministry SIK Staffing; b. staffing data and information processing as well as the management of the Ministry of environment in SIK; c. monitoring and evaluation of the implementation and development of SIK Ministry; and d. the mechanisms of implementation of SIK. CHAPTER III the POSITION, duties, AUTHORITY and RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES SIK article 4 (1) Secretary General as the builders of the SIK Ministry responsible to the Minister of transport. (2) the head of the Bureau of Personnel and organization as the Coordinator for the implementation of the activities of the Center and head of the SIK Data and information as the Coordinator of the application system SIK accountable to the Secretary-General. (2) MAINTENANCE is responsible for: a. operational management and smooth running application programs SIK; and b. the maintenance and care as well as the development of infrastructure network access SIK Ministry. CHAPTER IV INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER STAFFING article 8 the provider of Staffing Information consists of: a. the Officer Staffing Manager; and b. the Administrator SIK.
