REGULATION MINISTER PERRELATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER PM 82 IN 2011

ABOUT THE LAYOUT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

IN THE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, A DRAW: A. that in order to smooth the provision of information and data

SET: THE RULES OF MINISTER OF RELATIONS ON TATA

THE WAY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE MINISTRY ' S ENVIRONMENT.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1 In this Regulation is referred to as: 1. A system is a set of elements that interact and interdependency

for those who receive it; 3. The Workforce Information System (SIK) is a computerized system of processing

11. Employee Data Preservation is a process of drafting and delivery of employee data based on user request;

12. Employee Data Reporting is a periodic process of delivery of employee data reports from work units in the Ministry of Transportation environment to the Bureau of Commerce and Organization as a form of data management accountability. Workforce;

13. The Working Unit is the General Secretariat, the Inspectorate General, the Directorate General and the Agency as well as the Technical Managing Unit (UPT) in the Ministry of Transportation environment;

19. End User is all civil servants The Ministry of Transportation has obtained an automatic authorization from the system to conduct a data update proposal of him and will be ter-input into database after got authorization from Administrator;

20. The SIK maintainer is the designated officer to carry out the maintenance and management of databases of the Ministry of Transportation relations that have the authority to see and/or modify the employee information according to its status;

21. Password is a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters as an identifier and a safeguard in accessing a computer system;

22. Officials are the officials responsible for the employment of the employment of the work unit Eselon II Setjen, Itjen, Ditjen and the Agency in the Ministry of Transportation environment;

CHAPTER II OF INTENT, PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Article 2

(1) SIK Ministry is intended to realize data processing and employment information in the Ministry of Transportation environment. systematic and integrated.

(2) SIK Ministry aims to:

a. generate and present fast, precise and

accurate and

employee data and information information; and b. optimizing the utilization of staffing databases in the Ministry environment

BAB III

SEAT, DUTY, AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PEACHES

Article 4

(1) The General Secretary as the Manager of the Ministry of Transportation is responsible to the Minister of Transportation.

(2) The Bureau Chief and the Bureau of Transportation and the Ministry of Commerce. Article 5

Article 6 (1) of the Bureau of Personnel and the Organization has the authority:

Article 7

(1) The Bureau of Personnel and Organization is responsible for: a. implementation of SIK Ministry of Transportation; and

b. Presentation and management of the Ministry of Transportation data and information management.

(2) PUSDATIN is responsible for: a. management and operational flexibility of the SIK application program; and b. maintenance and maintenance and development of the network means and infrastructure

CHAPTER IV MAINTAINER OF THE EMPLOYEE INFORMATION SYSTEM

Article 10

(3) The SIK administrator is entitled to get user id and password according to her status to access SIK.

Article 11

The Administrator of the Ministry Level is as referred to in Article 10 of the paragraph (1) the letter a is the Head of the Bureau of Personnel and the Organization is responsible to the Secretary General of the Ministry of Transportation.

Article 12 (1) The Ministry of the Ministry of SIK has the following authority:

Article 13

(1) The Administrator of SIK Level eselon I have the following authority: a. propose changes/replacement of user id (user id) and password

Article 14 (1) The UPT Level Administrator has the authority to inform

change/replacement of user ids (user id) and password Administrator UPT SIK to SIK Administrator Level Eselon I.

(2) The UPT Level Administrator has a task to perform: a. Initial recording of database employees on a working unit that is an authority;

BAB V

MEANS AND PRASARANA SIK

BAB VI

DATA PROCESSING AND EMPLOYEE INFORMATION AS WELL AS THE SIK MANAGEMENT MECHANISM

Section 17

(1) The work unit can access SIK according to each authority by using password.

Article 18

The SIK manager password administration mechanism is as follows: a. Work units in the Ministry of Transportation environment propose officials/employees

to get user ids and passwords to the Bureau of Personnel and Organizations as Administrator of the Ministry Level of SIK;

b. The Bureau of Staff and the Organization carry out the granting of user ids and passwords to the assigned officers/employees to access the employee data; and

c. The work unit can use the SIK application for employee data processing after getting a user id and password from the Bureau of Personnel and Organizations.

Part Parts of the Initial Recording

Article 19

Initial recording of databases the employee was the data recording of the Candidate for civil servants (CPNS) which included the following data: a. Employee photo; b. list of life history; c. note the police record (SKCK); d. A healthy body of letters; e. CPNS appointment decree; f. a photocopy of the education diploma that is owned; g. a photocopy of the marriage certificate for a married CPNS; h. photocopy of the citizen tag card (KTP); and i. Photocopy of the Required Tax Number (NPWP).

Article 23

k. Overseas trip; l. awards; m. Organization name; n. Leave; o. writing written work; p. publication of scientific work in the journal; q. Participation in the seminar; r. credit numbers; s. a learning task; and/or t. study permit.

Third Section

Support Data Support

Section 24 (1) Support data support is required by the SIK maintainer in the respective Workunits-

respectively. (2) The supporting data as referred to in paragraph (1), may include:

a. live history list; b. Mutation decision letter (rank, position, appointment, removal,

stop, drop of disciplinary punishment); c. leave letter; d. The captions were never given the punishment of moderate or severe discipline; e. Diplomas; f. certificate; g. Oh, my God. Population card (ID). Employee cards; j. Card wife-card husband; k. awards; l. Taspen card; m. Police record letter (SKCK); n. A healthy body of letters; and o. a learning assignment letter.

Section 25

Fourth Quarter Analysis and Evaluation of SIK Operating

Article 27

Analisa and the SIK operation evaluation are mandatory by the SIK Administrator.
