GENERAL GUIDELINES AND POSITIVE CORRECTIONS ALLOCATION OF GENERAL ALLOCATION FUNDS
AND THE POSITIVE ALLOCATION OF SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUNDS
THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order of positive correction of the General Alocation Fund and the positive correction of the Special Alocation Fund 2010 as it has been allocated in the Law Number 10 Year 2010 on the Revenue and Shopping Budget The Republic of Indonesia in the 2011 Budget Year as amended by Law Number 11 of 2011, requires establishing the Financial Minister Regulation on the General Guidelines and the Allocation Of Positive Corrections of General Allocations and Positive Correction Of Funds Special Allocation Year of the 2010 Budget;
Given: 1. Law Number 33 Year 2004 on the Financial Balance between Central Government and Regional Governance (State Sheet Indonesia Year 2004 Number 126, Additional Gazette State Number 4438);
2. Law No. 47 Year 2009 on Budget and State Shopping of the Republic of Indonesia Year of the 2010 Budget (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 156, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5075) as of has been amended by the Act of 2010 No. 2 (State Gazette of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 69, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5132);

8. Finance Minister Regulation Number 216 /PMK.07/ 2010 on the General Guidelines and Allocation Of Special Allocation Funds of the 2011 Budget Year as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 42 /PMK.07/2011;
DECIDED:
Establish: FINANCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON GENERAL GUIDELINES AND POSITIVE CORRECTION ALLOCATION OF GENERAL ALLOCATION FUNDS AND POSITIVE CORRECTION OF SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUNDS OF THE YEAR 2010 BUDGET.
Section 1
(1) Positive Correction of the General Alocation Fund of the Year of the Budget 2010 was underpaid for the allocation of the General Allocations Fund Year of Budget 2010.
(2) The positive Alocation Fund positive correction location is set at Rp887.223.000.00 (eight hundred and eighty-seven million two hundred and twenty-three thousand rupiah) with details as set forth in Annex I which is inseparable from Regulation The Minister of Finance.
(3) Positive Correction of the Special Alocation Fund 2010 Budget was underpaid for the Allocation Of Special Allocation Funds of the 2010 Budget Year.
(4) The positive Alocation correction Fund ' s positive correction location is set at Rp900.000.00 (nine hundred thousand rupiah) with details as set forth in Annex II which is inseparable from this Regulation of Finance Minister.
(5) Use of the Specific Allocation of Special Correction Allocation as referred to in paragraph (4), submitted to the area in accordance with the conditions, needs, and area priorities based on the general guidelines and technical directions for the use of the Special Alocation Fund Year of Budget 2011.
Section 2
(1) Positive correction of the General Alallocation Fund and the Positive Correction Fund of Special allocation of the Budget Year 2010 as referred to in Section 1 is part of the Balance Fund and is specified in the State of Year Change Revenue and Shopping Budget Budget 2011.
(2) Positive correction of the General Allocations Fund and the Special Alocation Fund as referred to in Section 1 is part of the income of the area budgeted in the Budget and Regional Spending of the Year of Budget Year 2011.
Section 3
Positive correction of the General Alocation Fund and the Positive Correction Fund Special Allocation as referred to in Section 1 is provided through the issuer of the 2011 Budget Office Staffing Section of the Budget Section 999.05 (Transfer Management to the Cloud Service). Area).
Section 4
(1) The positive Correction of the General Alocation Fund and the positive correction of the Budget Alocation Special Year 2010 as referred to in Article 1, routed by means of the transfer of the State Public Cash Account to the General Cash Account of the Regions.
(2) The positive correction of the General Alocation Fund is exercised at once from the number of positive corrections of the General Alocations of the Budget Year 2010 as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2).
(3) The positive correction of the Special Alocations Fund is executed at the same time from the number of positive corrections of the 2010 Budget Special Alocations as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (4).
Section 5
This Finance Minister ' s regulation starts to apply at an promulgated date.
