REGULATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCIAL MINISTER

ORGANIZATION AND WORK
EXTERNAL DATA PROCESSING OFFICE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in order to exercise the mandate of Article 35A Act No. 6 of 1983 on the General Terms and the Taxation Way as amended in the last few times with Law No. 16 of 2009, every government agency, the institution, association, and other parties are required to provide data and information related to taxation to the Directorate General of Tax;
B.  that in order handling and processing data and information relating to taxation provided by government agencies, institutions, associations, and other parties, need to form an External Data Processing Office;
c. that on the basis of consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Organization and the Workforce Office of the External Data Processing;

Remembering: 1.  Act Number 6 of 1983 on General Terms and Taxation Methods as amended in the last few times with Act No. 16 of 2009;
2. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Task, and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2010;
4. Presidential Decree No. 56/P of 2010;
5. The Regulation of the Minister of Personnel Policy Number PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and the Institute of Nonministerial Government;
6. Finance Minister Regulation Number 184 /PMK.01/ 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Finance;

Pay attention to: Minister of State Minister's approval of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms in Surat Number B/1907/M. PAN-RB/08/ 2011 dated August 12, 2011;

DECIDED:

Set: A FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK GOVERNANCE OF THE EXTERNAL DATA PROCESSING OFFICE.

BAB I
POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION

Article 1
(1) The External Data Processing Office is the technical managing unit of the Directorate General of Tax in the fields of data processing and documents related to taxation provided by government agencies, agencies, associations, and parties another, which is below and is directly responsible to the Director General of Tax, and is technically functional being scouted by the Director of Information Technology Taxation.
(2) The External Data Processing Office is led by a Chief.

Article 2
The external data processing office has the task of carrying out receipts, scans, and storage of taxation documents, as well as transfer of data related to taxation provided by government agencies, agencies, associations, and parties other by utilizing information technology under the laws.

Article 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the External Data Processing Office organizes functions:
a.  the implementation of the collection, receipt, and exposure of documents relating to taxation provided by government agencies, institutions, associations, and other parties;
B.  execution of document scans related to taxation provided by government agencies, agencies, associations, and other parties;
c. implementation of the storage and archiving of documents relating to taxation provided by government agencies, agencies, associations, and other parties;
D.  services of document lending to organizational units in the Tax General Directorate environment;
e.  the execution of data transfer, system operational support, and scanning quality of the scan; and
f.  Office administration.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

Section 4
The External Data Processing Office consists of:
a. Subsection of Tata Business;
b. Data Management and Operational Support Section;
c. Data Transfer Section and Data Transfer; and
d. Functional Title Group.

Section 5
(1) The Tata Business Subsection has a duty to do employee affairs, finance, business, and household.
(2) Operational Support and Operational Support have the task of conducting collection, acceptance, research, logging, clarification, storage, and archiving of data and documents related to the taxation provided by government agencies, agencies, associations, and other parties, as well as document lending to organizational units in the Directorate General of Tax and operating support systems, networks, and applications.
(3) The Data Transfer Section and Data Transfer Section have the task of recording data and scanning documents relating to taxation provided by government agencies, agencies, associations, and other parties, as well as the copying of the data. The quality of the scan and data transfer monitoring.

BAB III
FUNCTIONAL POSITION GROUP

Section 6
Functional group members have the task of performing activities according to their respective functional positions under the applicable laws.

Section 7

(2) Any such group on the paragraph (1) is coordinated by senior functional officials appointed by the Chief Office of the External Data Processing Office.
(3) The number of such functional posts in paragraph (1) is determined based on the need and workload.
(4) The type and type of functional office are set in accordance with applicable laws.

BAB IV
WORK LAYOUT

Section 8
In performing the task, each leader of the organization units in the External Data Processing Office must implement the principles of coordination, integration, and synchronization in both the respective environments and the organizational units in the Office environment. External Data Processing as well as with other agencies outside the External Data Processing Office in accordance with the respective tasks.

Section 9
Any organizational unit leader in the External Data Processing Office is required to oversee the execution of their respective duties and in the event of a mandatory perversion take the necessary steps according to the rules. Applicable laws.

Article 10
Every unit leader of the organization in the External Data Processing Office is responsible for leading and coordinating the respective subordinates and providing guidance and guidance for the execution of subordinate tasks.

Section 11
Every unit leader of the organization in the External Data Processing Office is required to follow and adhere to the directions and is accountable to their respective superiors and submit periodic reports just in time.

Article 12
In delivering a report to a superior, a report gust is delivered to the head of another organization unit unit that functionally has a working relationship.

Section 13
Each report received leadership of the organization units of the mandatory subordinates is treated and can be used as a material to compile further reports and provide instructions to the subordinates.

Section 14
(1) The Head of the External Data Processing Office delivers a report to the Director General of Tax with a gust to the Director of Taxation Information Technology.
(2) Subsection Chief and Section Head of the External Data Processing Office submit a report to the Chief of the External Data Processing Office and the Chief Subsection of Tata Enterprises hosting the report as well as compiling periodic reports External Data Processing Office.
(3) Functional Officials submit a report to the Head of the External Data Processing Office.

BAB V
LOCATION AND WORKSPACE

Section 15
(1) The External Data Processing Office is located in Jakarta.
(2) The work area of the External Data Processing Office covers all of Indonesia.

BAB VI
ETHYONIZATION

Article 16
(1) Head of the External Data Processing Office is the structural position of the III.b echelon.
(2) Subsection Chief and Section Chief is the structural post of IV.b echelon.

BAB VII
CLOSING CONDITIONS

Article 17
Changes to the organization, work, location, and work areas according to the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance are established by the Minister of Finance after first having written approval from the Minister who is drugging the affairs of the mutineers State apparatus and bureaucratic reform.

Section 18
The organization and work governance of the External Data Processing Office as set out in Regulation of the Minister of Finance is applied most slowly on December 31, 2011.

Article 19
The Regulation of the Minister of Finance is beginning to apply at the designated date.
