REGULATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCIAL MINISTER

ORGANIZATION AND WORK
THE DATA PROCESSING OFFICE AND TAXATION DOCUMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in order to improve the quality, accuracy, consistency, and security of data and taxation documents through the utilization of information technology, need to form the Office of Data Processing and Taxation Documents in the Directorate General of Taxes;
B.  that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Finance Minister ' s Regulation on the Organization and the Work Services of the Data Processing and Taxation Documents;

Remembering: 1. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
2. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan of the Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2010;
3. Presidential Decree No. 56/P of 2010;
4. The Regulation of the Minister of Personnel of Personnel Number PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and the Institute of Nonministerial Government;
5. Finance Minister Regulation Number 62 /PMK.01/ 2009 on Organization and Organizational Vertical Instances Directorate General of Tax;
6. Finance Minister Regulation Number 184 /PMK.01/ 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Finance;

Pay attention to: Minister of State Minister's approval of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms in Surat Number B/1907/M. PAN-RB/08/ 2011 dated August 12, 2011;

DECIDED:

Establish :REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE DATA PROCESSING OFFICE AND TAXATION DOCUMENTS.

BAB I
POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION

Section 1
(1) The Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents are the technical executors of the Directorate General of Tax in the field of data processing and taxation documents of the working unit in the Directorate General of Taxes, which is below and is responsible answer directly to the Director General of Tax, and technically functional being scouted by the Director of Taxation Information Technology.
(2) The Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents are led by a Chief.

Section 2
The Data Processing and Taxation Office has the task of carrying out receipts, scans, and storage of taxation documents, as well as transfer of taxation data by utilizing information technology under laws.

Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 2, the Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents host a function:
a.  The implementation of the collection, receipt, and view of the taxation document;
B.  implementation of the scan of taxation documents
c. execution of storage and archival of taxation documents;
D.  services of the lending of the taxation documents to the organizational units in the Directorate General of the Tax General;
e.  the execution of data transfer, system operational support, and scanning quality of the scan; and
f.  Office administration.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

Section 4
The Data Processing Office and Taxation Document consists of:
a.  Subsections of the Business Service
B.  Document Acceptance Section and Operational Support;
C.  Data Transfer and Data Transfer Section; and
D.  Functional Position Group.

Section 5
(1) The Subsection of Tata Business has the task of conducting public affairs, financial, business, and household affairs.
(2) The Document Acceptance Section and Operational Support have the task of conducting collection, receipt, research, logging, and clarification of taxation data, and the operational support of systems, networks, and applications.
(3) The Data Transfer and Data Transfer Section has the task of conducting scans, storage, archiving and lending of taxation documents, as well as the quality of scans of the scan results and monitoring of the taxation data transfer.

BAB III
FUNCTIONAL POSITION GROUP

Section 6
The Functional Position Group has the task of performing activities in accordance with each of the functional positions under the applicable law.

Section 7
(1) The Functional Position Group consists of a number of functional positions divided in different groups according to the field of expertise.
(2) Each such group on paragraph (1) is coordinated by senior functional officials appointed by the Head of the Data Processing Office and the Taxation Document.
(3) The number of such functional positions in paragraph (1) is determined based on the need and workload.
(4) The type and type of functional office are set in accordance with applicable laws.

BAB IV
WORK LAYOUT

Section 8
In performing the tasks, each member of the organizational unit of the Data Processing Office and the Taxation Document applies the coordination, integration, and synchronization principles in both the environment and the organizational units in the environment. The Data Processing and Taxation Office as well as with other agencies outside the Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents are in compliance with each of the tasks.

Section 9
Each member of the organizational unit in the Data Processing Office and the Taxation Document is required to oversee the execution of individual duties and in the event of an aberration taking the necessary steps in accordance with the rules. Applicable laws.

Section 10
Each member of the organizational unit of the Data Processing Office and Taxation Document is responsible for leading and coordinating the respective subordinates and providing guidance as well as instructions for the execution of subordinate tasks.

Section 11
Each member of the organizational unit of the Data Processing Office and the Taxation Document is required to follow and adhere to the instructions and take responsibility to the respective superiors and present the periodic reports in time.

Section 12
In delivering a report to a superior, the report's busan is delivered to the leadership of another organization unit unit that is functionally related to work.

Section 13
Any report that the leadership of the organization units receives from a mandatory subordinate is processed and can be used as a material to compile further reports and provide instructions to the subordinates.

Section 14
(1) The Head of the Data Processing Office and Taxation Document submitted a report to the Director General of Tax with a gust to the Director of Information Technology Taxation.
(2) Subsection Chief and Section Chief on the Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents relay a report to the Chief Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents and the Chief Subsection of Tata Enterprises housed the report as well as compiling the report Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents.
(3) Functional Officials delivered a report to the Head of the Data Processing Office and Taxation Document.

BAB V
WORK LOCATION AND REGION

Section 15
(1) The Office of Data Processing and Taxation Documents is located in Makassar.
(2) The work area of the Data Processing Office and Taxation Documents covering the work area:
a.  Office of the Directorate General of the Tax General of South Sulawesi, West, and Southeast; and
B.  Office of the Directorate General of Tax General of North Sulawesi, Central, Gorontalo, and North Maluku.

BAB VI
ETHYONIZATION

Section 16
(1) The Head of the Data Processing Office and Taxation Document is the structural post of the III.b echelon.
(2) The Head of Subsections and Section Chief is the structural post of IV.b.

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 17
The changes to the organization, the work, the location, and the work area according to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance are established by the Minister of Finance after first having the written consent of the Minister, who has led to the affairs of the apparatus of the apparatus of the Ministry of Finance. state and bureaucratic reform.

Section 18
