ABOUT
THE ALLOCATION OF LESS PAY FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES PRODUCTS OF PETROLEUM AND PETROLEUM MINING YEARS OF THE 2008 BUDGET ALLOCATED IN THE STATE BUDGET AND STATE SHOPPING YEAR OF THE BUDGET YEAR 2011

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing in: that in order to establish the allocation of Less Pay for Natural Resources Mining and Earth Gas in the 2008 Budget Year for the provinces and counties/cities that have been allocated in the Act Number 10 Year 2010 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2011, it is necessary to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on Alocation Less Pay Fund for the Natural Resources of the Earth Oil and Earth Gas Mining Year's 2008 Allocated Budget Year in the State Budget and Revenue Budget of the Budget Year 2011;
Given: 1. Law No. 33 Year 2004 on Financial Balance Between the Central Government and the Local Government (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2004 Number 126, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4438);
2. Act Number 10 of the Year 2010 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2011 (leaf of State of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 No. 126, Additional Sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 5167);
3. Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005 Number 137, Additional Sheet of State of the Republic of IndonesiaNumber 4575);
4. Presidential Decree No. 56/P of 2010;
5. Finance Minister Regulation Number 126 /PMK.07/ 2010 on the Implementation and Accouncability of the Regional Transferke Budget;

DECIDED:

SET: THE FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ALLOCATION OF UNDERPAID FUNDS FOR THE RESULTS OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF PETROLEUM AND PETROLEUM MINING YEARS OF THE 2008 BUDGET ALLOCATED IN THE STATE BUDGET AND STATE SPENDING BUDGET OF 2011.

Section 1
(1) Alocations Less Pay Funding For Natural Resources (DBH SDA) Mining and Earth Gas Mining Year 2008 constitutes State Reception Not the SDA Tax of the Earth Oil Mining and Earth Gas Budget 2008 that has not yet been to produce to the provinces and districts/cities.
(2) Alocation Less Pay DBH SDA Oil and Earth Gas Mining Year 2008 specified in Law Number 10 Year 2010 on Budget and State Shopping Year 2011, is a Rp2.000.000.000.000.00 (two trillion rupiah) with details as follows:
a.   The allocation of the DBH SDA of the Petroleum Mining of the Earth amounted to Rp1.117.484,635.284.00 (one trillion hundred seventeen billion four hundred and eighty-five million six hundred and thirty-five thousand two hundred and eighty-four rupiah); and
B.   The allocation of DBH SDA of Earth Gas Mining amounted to Rp.882,515,364,716.00 (eight hundred and eighty-two billion five hundred fifteen million three hundred sixty-four thousand seven hundred and sixteen rupiah).
(3) Details of Less Pay DBH SDA Mining and Earth Gas Mining of the Year as referred to in paragraph (2) for the province and district/city is as set forth in an Inseparable Attachment of Regulation The Minister of Finance.

Section 2
(1) The allocation of less pay DBH SDA Mining Mining and Earth Gas in the 2008 Budget Year as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) was implemented at once in the Budget Year 2011.
(2) Tata method allocation less pay DBH SDA Oil Mining and Earth Gas Budget Year 2008 is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 3
The Finance Minister ' s regulation comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.

In order for everyone to know it, order the authoring of this Finance Minister Regulation with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
