THE EIGHTH CHANGE OVER THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION
NUMBER 110 /PMK.010/ 2006 ABOUT THE DESIGNATION OF THE GOODS CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND THE LOADING OF THE IMPORT DUTIES ON IMPORTED GOODS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under the Ministry of Finance Regulation Number 110 /PMK.010/2006 on the Establishing Of The Goods Classification System And The Loading Of The Tarif Customs Up The Import Goods as it has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 80 /PMK.011/2011, has been assigned a system of classification of goods and charges of import duties on imported goods;
B. That in order to improve the development of the film industry in the country and facilitate the import of duties, the changes to the system of classification of goods and the burden of import duties on imported goods are products of film products. certain cinematography;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, and in order to carry out the provisions of Article 12 paragraph (3) of the Law No. 10 Year of 1995 on Kepabeanan as amended by Act No. 17 In 2006, it was necessary to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Eighth Amendment to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 110 /PMK.010/ 2006 on the designation of the Goods Classification System and the loading of the Customs Tarif on Import Goods;

3. Presidential Decree No. 56/P of 2010;
4. Finance Minister Regulation Number 110 /PMK.010/ 2006 on the designation of the Goods Classification System and Loading Of Customs Duties of the Import Goods as it has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 80 /PMK.011/2011;

DECIDED:
Establishing: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE EIGHTH CHANGE TO THE REGULATION OF THE FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 110 /PMK.010/ 2006 ABOUT THE DESIGNATION OF THE SYSTEM OF CLASSIFICATION OF GOODS AND CHARGING THE IMPORT OF DUTIES ON IMPORTED GOODS.
Section 1
Change the goods classification system and the loading of the import duties on the import goods of certain cinematographic film products as referred to in Appendix II of the Financial Ministers Regulation Number 110 /PMK.010/ 2006 on the Designation Of The Classification System of Goods And the burden of the Tarif Bea Entry into the Import Goods as it has been last modified by the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 80 /PMK.011/ 2011 listed in Bagan I Attachment Regulation of the Ministry of Finance, thus becoming a system Customs and load classification of import duties on imported film products.
