Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 122, 2011 REGULATIONS the MINISTER of FINANCE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 39/PMK.07/2011 ABOUT the ESTIMATED ALLOCATION of FUNDS for the RESULT MINING NATURAL RESOURCES GEOTHERMAL FISCAL YEAR 2011 with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of FINANCE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to implement the provisions of article 27 paragraph (5) the Government Regulation Number 55 in 2005 about the Equalization Fund, need to set rules of Finance Ministers about the estimated allocation of funds for the result Mining natural resources Geothermal fiscal year 2011;

5. Regulation of the Minister of finance Number 126/FMD. 07/2010 about implementation and accountability of budget transfers to the region;
Notice: the decision of the Minister of energy and Mineral resources K/0218 Number 80/MEM/2011 about the determination of the area of manufacturer and Basic Counting Part-producing area of General mining, Geothermal Mining, petroleum and Natural Gas for the year 2011;
Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of FINANCE ABOUT the ESTIMATED ALLOCATION of FUNDS for the RESULT MINING NATURAL RESOURCES GEOTHERMAL FISCAL YEAR 2011.
Article 1 (1) the allocation of funds for natural resources Results (DBH SDA) Geothermal Mining for each region of the year 2011 budget is an estimate.
(2) the allocation of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining as intended in paragraph (1), is transmitted on the basis of the realization of receiving funds For the result Mining natural resources Geothermal fiscal year running.
Article 2 (1) an estimate of the allocation of DBH SDA Geothermal mining, as stipulated in article 1 paragraph (1), drawn up on the basis of an estimate of the receipts as defined in Act No. 10 of 2010 about the budget of the State Expenditures and revenues of the fiscal year 2011.
(2) an estimate of the allocation of DBH SDA Geothermal mining, as stipulated in article 1 paragraph (1) was Rp RP 284.888.000.000 (two hundred eighty-four billion eight hundred and eighty-eight million rupiah).
(3) an estimate of the allocation of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining 2011 budget Year for each region are as listed in the annex which is an integral part of the regulation of the Minister of finance.
Article 3 (1) distribution of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining is carried out quarterly based on DBH acceptance SDA-realization of mining the Earth's heat in the current year.
(2) the distribution of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining Quarterly Quarterly I and II respectively of 20% (twenty percent) of the estimated allocation of DBH pagu SDA Geothermal Mining fiscal year 2011.
(3) distribution of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining as intended in paragraph (2) would henceforth be taken into account with the realization of the DBH acceptance SDA Geothermal Mining Quarterly Quarterly III and IV.
(4) distribution of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
Article 4 in the event that launched over the estimated allocation of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining which is set in the Year 2011 budget is insufficient realization or distribution needs exceed launched in fiscal year 2011, the Government distributes the allocation of DBH SDA Geothermal Mining based on realization of acceptance in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

Article 5 of this regulation of the Finance Minister will take effect on the date of promulgation.
