bn664-2011 REGULATIONS MINISTER of AGRICULTURE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 70/PERMENTAN/SR 140/10/2011 ABOUT BIOLOGICAL FERTILIZERS, ORGANIC FERTILIZERS and SOIL PEMBENAH with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of AGRICULTURE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that with regulation of the Minister of agriculture the number 28/Permentan/SR. 130/5/2009 has been set for biological fertilizer organic fertilizer, and soil pembenah; b. that to protect the sustainability of environmental functions, biodiversity, consumers/users, and provide certainty for manufacturers business/trade organic fertilizer, biological fertilizer and soil pembenah released in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia must meet quality standards and ensured its effectiveness; c. that in connection with the existence of organizational change in the environment of the Ministry of agriculture, the development of science and technology and to improve services and certainty in the granting of the registration number of the organic fertilizer, biological fertilizer and soil pembenah; d. on the basis that the things mentioned above, need to review the regulation of the Minister of agriculture the number 28/Permentan/SR. 130/5/2009; Remember: 1. Regulation of the Minister of agriculture the number 61/OT Permentan/140/10/2010 about the Organization and the work of the Ministry of agriculture; DECIDING Set: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of AGRICULTURE Of BIOLOGICAL FERTILIZER Organic Fertilizer, And SOIL PEMBENAH. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 3 CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 in this rule is: 1. organic Manure is a fertilizer derived from plants, animal droppings and dead/or animal parts and/or other organic wastes that have been through the process of engineering, solid or liquid, can be enriched with minerals and/or microbes, which is beneficial for improving the content of nutrient and organic matter of the soil as well as improve the physical properties , soil chemistry and biology. 2. the biological Fertilizer biological active product is composed of microbes that can increase the efficiency of fertilization, fertility, and soil health. 3. Pembenah ground is synthetic materials and/or natural, organic and/or mineral solid and/or liquid that is able to fix the nature of the physical, chemical and/or biological land. 4. organic fertilizer Formula is the composition of the organic materials and minerals constituent of organic fertilizer. 5. the biological fertilizer Formula is the composition of the microbial/microfauna and carrier materials of biological fertilizer constituent. 6. Formula pembenah land is a composition of synthetic organic materials and/or natural, synthetic and mineral/natural constituents or pembenah the ground. 7. Special Formula is formula formula fertilizer organic fertilizer, biological and/or formula pembenah land special ordered by the user and is not to be distributed freely. 8. (2) a single formula formula fertilizer organic fertilizer, biological and/or formula pembenah land should not be registered by the applicant by using trade names/brands of the same formula or similar to the trade name/other formulas that are registered and only use one brand/trade name formula (3) Designation as referred to in subsection (1) must satisfy the following requirements: a. not related to element name/type that shows formula organic fertilizer biological fertilizer formula, and/or formula pembenah land; b. any naming formula organic fertilizer, biological fertilizer formulas and/or formula pembenah soil that listed must be attached with a proof of registration has been conducting a brand of establishments authorized in accordance with laws-the invitation about intellectual property rights (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY); and c. the naming formula is not agitatif such as the words "awesome", "excellent", "super" or "powerful". (2) If a technical assessment of the quality of the test results referred to in Article 14 paragraph (5) to be eligible, the Director-General to publish a letter to the applicant to carry out the testing of the effectiveness of using the form model-6 as listed in Annex X as part of an integral part of this regulation.
