REGULATION MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER PM. 83 IN 2011

ABOUT THE STANDARD MINISTRY FEE

IN THE 2012 BUDGET YEAR

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA

MINISTER OF RELATIONS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: A. that under the terms of Section 5 paragraph (3) of the Government Regulation Number 90 of 2010 on the Drafting Of The Work Plan and the Ministry of State/Institute, the Cost Standard is one of the instruments used in the framework of the Plan. Office and Budget of the Ministry of State/Lemways;

b. that under Finance Minister Regulation No. 84 /PMK.02/ 2011 on the 2012 Budget Year Cost Standards, the Ministry of State/Institution may use other costs standards needed beyond the standard of fees that the Minister has set forth Finance;

c. that based on consideration as referred to in letters a and letter b, it needs to establish the Minister of Transportation Regulation on the Standard Cost of the Ministry of Budget Year 2012;

3. Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;

4. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, duties, and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2010;

5. Regulations Minister Perrelationships Number KM. 60 Year 2010 on Organization and Employment Governance of the Ministry of Transportation;

6. Policy Minister Perrelations Number KM. 70 Year 2010 on the Standard Cost of 2011 in the Ministry of Transportation Environment;

M E M U T U S K A N:

Establits: REGULATION OF MINISTER RELATIONS ON

STANDARD MINISTRY FEE OF BUDGET YEAR RELATIONSHIP 2012.

Article 1

(1) Standard Cost of the Ministry of Transportation Year 2012 is used as a reference in order to frame the Work Plan and Budget of the Ministry of Relations of the Budget Year 2012.

(2) The Standard Cost of the Ministry of Budget Year 2012 as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in the Inseparable Attachment of this Minister's Regulation.

Article 2

(1) The Standard Charge is referred to in the Section 1 is used for the component activities spent in the country with the source of the financing through the Pure Rupiah fund whose contract value is expressed in Rupiah.

(2) The Standard Charge as referred to in paragraph (1) is emphasized on the cost analysis of the technical specifications of each activity.

(3) The Standard Charges as referred to in paragraph (1) have included applicable taxes.

Article 3

(1) The unit price in the standard of charge as referred to in Article 1 is the highest and different price of each Province/District/City by adjustment via a coefficient coefficient multiplier based on the Construction Kemahalan Index (IKK) published by the Central Bureau of Statistics.

(2) The Construction Kemahalan Index (IKK) as referred to in paragraph (2) are set forth in this Regulation Attachment.

Article 4

(1) In terms of location of activities far from the provincial capital/District/City and is a remote/terisolir area, could be proposed additional transportation charges

and/or use the local Regional Government specified cost standards.

(2) The addition of transportation costs and/or use of the standard cost of the local Local Government as referred to in the verse (1) is accompanied by a Letter of Limitation Liability Statement (SPTJM) of the Budget User Power (KPA).

Article 5

In case there is a difference in the magnitude of the standard cost by which other government agencies are assigned, then what is used as a reference is the official source of data that benefits the country and can be accounted for.

Article 6

The Regulation of the Minister of Transportation begins to take effect on the date of the promulcity.
