The most recent People's Satisfaction (IKM) is in the year when the performance assessment of the public service unit is performed; and

d. Note the superiority of the public service units concerned, as set forth in Annex III of this Minister's Regulation.

Article 10

The category of Ministers award received by the best UPP is: a. The 91-100 best "best" value category is entitled to a trophy; b. Value 81-90 the "good" value category is entitled to a charter.

The Third Section

Instrument Assessment

Section 11 of the assessment instrument includes the components and indicators of the assessment as set forth in Annex I of this Minister's Regulation.

Section 12

Instrument of assessment as referred to in Article 11 includes: a. Manner of Value Unit (1) of the Program (s). Public Service Unit Performance Assessment Form:

1. Vision and/or mission as well as the service motto (10%); 2. System and service procedures (35%); 3. Human Resources (35%); 4. The means and the service infrastructure (20%).

BAB IV

AWARDING

Article 13 The awarding of the award is held annually to 3 (three) of the best public service units.

CLOSING provisions

Establishing: LABOR MINISTER REGULATION AND TRANSMIGRATION ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES OF THE PUBLIC SERVICES UNITS OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation referred to: 1. Public Service is activities or series of activities in order of fulfilment

service needs according to regulations The laws for any citizen and citizen of the goods, services and/or administration services are provided by the public service organizer.

2. Service standards are benchmarks used as guidelines for hosting services and referrers in service quality assessment as an obligation and the appointment of an organizer to a community in the framework of a qualified, fast, easy service. affordable and measurable.

3. SOP's next operational standard is a guide in carrying out activities (process business).

4. Service organizers are every working unit in the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration environments carrying out public service activities.

5. Service Technical Support is an Eselon I work unit that has the task and function of conducting technical coaching on public service units in accordance with the laws.

6. The next Public Service Unit (UPP) is a unit of work that directly provides services to the community.

7. The performance of the Public Service Unit is the success rate of service units in delivering service to the community.

8. The Best Public Service Unit is a service unit that has been assessed and designated as a service unit that has the best performance based on the decision of Team Assessor.

9. The Ministry is the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration. 10. Minister is Minister of Labour and Transmigration.

BAB II

INTENT AND OBJECTIVE

Article 2 of the Performance Assessment of Public Service Units of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration is intended to be a reference in assessing the performance of the public service unit.

Article 3 Guidelines Performance Assessment of Public Service Units of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration aims so that the performance assessment of public service units can be executed objectively, transparent and Accountable.

Section 4 of the Ministry of Public Service Performance Assessment Guidelines Workforce and Transmigration have an objective assessment of objectively, transparent and accountable public service units.

CHAPTER III OF THE ORGANIZATION, MECHANISM AND INSTRUMENT ASSESSMENT

The First Section

Organization

Section 5 of the performance assessment of the public services unit of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration consists of: a. The Final Deciding Committee (Pantuhir):

1. Direction: Minister of Labour and Transmigration 2. Chairman: Secretary General 3. Vice Chairman: Head of the Bureau of Organizations and Staff of 4. Secretary: Head of the 5th Section of the World. Member: Director General, Inspector General, and Head of the Agency

b. Ministerial Assessor Team: 1. Chairman: Head of the Bureau of Organization and Employment 2. Secretary: Head of the Ketatalac3rd Section 3. Members: The Secretary of the Directorate General, the Secretary of the Inspectorate General, and

The Secretary of the Agency or the Officers Proposing of each unit eselon 1

Article 6

Pantuhir as referred to in Article 5 of the letter a has the task of determining a public service unit entitled to receive the Ministerial Award specified by the Minister's Decision.

Section 7

The Ministry of Assessor Team as referred to in Section 5 of the letter b has the task of performing the assessment against the performance of the service unit directly in the field, performing tabulation, evaluation, and report the results of the assessment to the Chief of the Bureau of Organization and Employment.

The Second Section of the Assessment Mechanism

Section 8

(1) Eselon Working Unit I submitted the proposed maximum 3 (three) of the best public service units in its environment to the Head of the Bureau of the Organization and Employment as the Chairman of the Performance Assessor Team of the Ministry of Public Services.

(2) The submission of the proposal of the best public service unit by delivering an official delivery letter from the p imp inan work unit Eselon I who have a duty and function of conducting technical coaching on a public service unit that proposed to be the nomination of the Minister award recipient.

Article 9

(1) Based on the results of the performance assessment of the public service unit, the Ministry Assessor proposes 3 (three) nominees of the best public service units that will get Minister's award.

(2) The completion of the proposal of the nomination of the best public service unit the nomination has done is as follows: a. The official introductory letter from the Head of the Bureau of Organization and the Workforce; b. News Event Assessment signed by the Chairman of the Assessor Team

The Ministry, as set forth in Annex II of the Regulation of this Minister; c. The performance assessment guidelines of the public service unit have been given value, as well as any
