The decision of the Minister of health Number 1625/Menkes/SK/VIII/2011 about the Acting Manager of the information and documentation at the Environment Ministry of health; DECIDING Set: The REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of HEALTH STANDARD Of The PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICE Of The MINISTRY Of Health. INTRODUCTION a. Background to law number 14 of 2008 about the openness of public information (KIP) came into force effective on April 30, 2010. The Act requires that public agencies to provide, deliver and or published public information under those powers to the applicant public information, other than information which is excluded in accordance with the provisions. Public information provided by the public body must be an accurate information, correct and not misleading. To carry out these obligations, the Ministry of health as the organizer of the State in the field of health the entire funds sourced from the budget of the State Expenditures and Revenues (NATIONAL BUDGET) is a public agency that builds and develops information systems and documentation to manage public information are both efficient and can now be accessed with ease. In order to build and develop a system of information and documentation in the Ministry of health, need to be made the standard information service of the public. Service standard a Public Information aimed at giving technical instructions and guidelines for the main Unit in the Ministry of health in implementing the mandate of the Act on public information disclosure. B. Management and information service of the Paradigm of public information disclosure is absolutely necessary to encourage participation by the community in the public policy process. II. PUBLIC INFORMATION CATEGORIZATION of the MINISTRY OF HEALTH In implementing the public information service of the Ministry of health must follow the provisions of categories of information as set forth in Act KIP as follows: a. the information that must be provided and announced periodically; b. mandatory information promulgated immediately; c. information that must be available at all times; and d. information excluded. www.djpp.kemenkumham.go.id 2011, no. 706 6 a. Information that must be provided and announced periodically in the sphere of the Ministry of health is: a. information about the profile of the Ministry of health, which include: (1) seat or domicile, function, vision and mission, health programs, as well as the complete address of the Ministry of health; (2) the organizational structure, an overview of each unit of work, along with structural officials within the scope of the Ministry of health; (3) the scope of the activities undertaken by the Ministry of health; and (4) other information about the profile of the Ministry of health. b. Summary of information about the program and/or activities that are being executed within the scope of the Ministry of health, include: (1) the name of the program/activity; (2) the responsible program/activities; (3) target and/or close programs and activities; (4) schedule for the implementation of programs/activities; (5) the source and amount of funds magnitudes; (6) other information that describes the accountability programs/activities; (7) information about the acceptance of a candidate officer, and/prospective learners; and (8) information about the placement of the health workforce. c. summary information about performance within the scope of the Ministry of health in the form of a narrative about the realization of the kegaiatan have been or are being executed with capaiannya, such as a government agency performance accountability Reports (LAKIP). d. summary financial report of the Ministry of health, who have been audited, composed of at least: (1) the realisation of budgetary plans and reports; (2) a balance sheet; (3) cash flow statement and the notes to financial statements drawn up in accordance to applicable accounting standards; and (4) the list of assets and investments. e. summary reports specific information about programs or activities that are directly related to the interests of the community, include the following: www.djpp.kemenkumham.go.id

III. MECHANISMS of COORDINATION BETWEEN INFORMATION SERVICE of the MAIN UNIT and IMPLEMENTING ITS TECHNICAL UNITS 1. VII. The EXCLUSION of PUBLIC INFORMATION 1.
