Establishing: MINISTER REGULATION HEALTH ON TECHNICAL MANAGING UNITS IN THE AREA OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ENGINEERING AND DISEASE CONTROL.
BAB I
TYPE AND POSITION
Section 1
Technical Managing Unit (UPT) in the Field of Environmental Health Engineering and Disease Control consists of:
a. The Great Hall of Environmental Health Engineering and Disease Control (BBTKLPP);
b. Environmental Health Engineering Hall and Class I Disease Control (BTKLPP Class I); and
c. Environmental Health Engineering Hall and Control of Class II Disease (BTKLPP Class II).
Article 2
BBTKLPP, BTKLPP Class I, and BTKLPP Class II are Technical Managing Unit in the Ministry of Health environment which is located below and is responsible to the Directorate General of Disease Control and Environmental Health.
Article 3
BBTKLPP, BTKLPP Class I, and BTKLPP Class II are led by a Chief.

Section 5
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 4, BBTKLPP organizes functions:
a. execution of epidemiological surveyances;
b. execution of environmental health impact analysis (ADKL);
c. implementation of the referral laboratory;
d. implementation of model development and technology is appropriate;
e. execution of quality control and calibration;
f. implementation of quick assessment and response, early alertness and countermeasures of KLB/outbreak and disaster;
g. implementation of surveilans risk factors not contagious;
h. conduct of education and training;
i. implementation of the study and development of disease control technology, environmental health and matra health; and
j. The operation of the company and the crowd at the BBTKLPP.

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 4, the Chief BBTKLPP is administratively scouted by the Directorate General of Disease Control and Environmental Health and is technically scouted by the Directorate in the environment Directorate General of Disease Control and Environmental Health.

The structure of the BBTKLPP Organization as set forth in Appendix I of this Regulation.
Section 9
The Tata Business Section has the task of carrying out the drafting of the program and the report, the financial affairs, Employee, and general.
Article 10
In carrying out the task as referred to in Section 9, the Tata Business Act organizes function:
a. execution of program creation and reports;
b. the implementation of financial affairs; and
c. implementation of the public and public affairs.
Article 11
The Tata Business section consists of:
a. Program Subsections and Reports; and
b. General Subsection.
Section 12
(1) The Program's subsections and Report have the task of conducting program preparation materials, evaluation and report materials, and information.
(2) The General Subsection has the task of doing financial, staffing, and employment. business, equipment, and household affairs.
Article 13

Article 15
The field of Epidemiology Epidemiology consists of:
a. Exceptional Event Advocacy Section; and
b. Review and Semination section.
Article 16
(1) The Extraordinary Event Advocacy Section has the task of conducting the preparation of the planning materials, evaluation and coordination of the conduct of advocacy, and the facilitation of exceptional events, as well as the plague and disaster.
(2) The Section of Studies and Disemination has the task of conducting the preparation of the planning materials, evaluation and coordination of studies, development and dissemination of information, as well as education and training of epidemiological surveilans.
Article 17
The field of Technology Development and Laboratory has a task carrying out planning and evaluation, development and screening of technologies and laboratories, partnerships and working networks, environmental health, matra health as well as education and training fields of technology development and control laboratories disease, environmental health and matra health.
Article 18
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 17, the Technology Development Field and Laboratory organizes functions:
a. development and screening of disease control technology and environmental health as well as matra health;
b. development of disease control laboratory and environmental health as well as matra health;
c. implementation of work networking and partnerships in the field of technology and laboratory development; and
d. education and training in the areas of technology development and laboratory of disease control and environmental health as well as matra health.

Article 19
The area of Technology Development and Laboratory is made up of:
a. The Disease Control Technology Section; and
b. Laboratory Technology Section.
Section 20
(1) The Disease Control Technology Section has the task of conducting the preparation of the planning materials, evaluation and coordination of the implementation of technology development and screening, as well as education and training in the field of disease control, environmental health and matra health.
(2) The Laboratory of Technology Section has the task of conducting the preparation of planning materials, evaluation and coordination of implementation of laboratory technology development, education and training in the field of disease control, health care environment and matra health.
Article 21
The field of Environmental Health Impact Analysis has the task of carrying out the planning and evaluation of implementation of the impact analysis of the physical and chemical environments, and the environmental impact of biology, and education and training in the areas of disease control, environmental health, and matra health.
Section 22
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 21, the Field of Environmental Health Impact Analysis is organizing function:
a. analyses of physical and chemical environmental impact;
b. biological environmental impact analysis;
c. implementation of work networks and partnerships in the field of environmental health impact analysis; and
d. education and training in the field of environmental health impact analysis.
Article 23
Fields of Environmental Health Impact Analysis consists of:
a. Physical and Physical Environmental Section; and
b. Environment Biology.
Section 24

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 25, BTKLPP Class I organizes function:
a. execution of epidemiological surveyances;
b. execution of environmental health impact analysis (ADKL);

Section of Environmental Health Impact Analysis has the task of conducting the investigation the planning materials, evaluation and coordination of implementation of physical and chemical environmental impact analysis, as well as the environmental impact of biology, as well as education and training in the areas of disease control, environmental health, and matra health.

The Technology and Laboratory Development Section has the task of conducting the preparation of the planning materials, evaluation and coordination of the screening of technology and laboratories, partnerships and networks work, environmental health, matra health as well as education and training fields of technology and disease control laboratory, environmental health, and matra health.
BAB II
INSTALLATION
Article 39
(1) Installation It's an improved facility for clinical laboratory services and clinics. Public health laboratory as well as administrative support.
(2) Installation is led by a Chief as a nonstructural office who has the duty of coordinating and responsible for the hosting of activities and facilities services on installation.
(3) The type of installation is tailored to the needs and development of the ministry; and
(4) The number and type of installation is set by the Chief BBTKLPP/BTKLPP Class I/BTKLPP Class II after it gets written approval From the Directorate General of Disease Control and Environmental Health.
BAB III
FUNCTIONAL POSITION GROUP
Section 40
In the BBTKLPP/BTKLPP Class I/BTKLPP Class II environment may be specified a certain functional office in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 41
Functional Office Group has the task of performing activities in accordance with each of the functional positions under the applicable law.
Section 42
(1) The Functional Position Group consists of of a number of Functional Generals that are divided into different groups of positions functional in accordance with the field of expertise.

(3) The amount of the functional power as referred to in paragraph (1) is determined based on the needs and workload.
(4) The type and level of the functional office as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the rules Applicable law.
BAB IV
TATA WORK
Section 43
In carrying out the duties of Chief BBTKLPP/BTKLPP Class I/BTKLPP Class II, Head of Section/Field, Subsection/Section Head, Chief Installation and Group of Posts Functional is required to apply the coordination principles, integration and synchronization of both in the environment each and with other agencies outside the Great Hall and the Hall in accordance with their respective duties.
Section 44

Article 53
Changes to the organization and the work according to this Regulation are set by the Minister of Health after first getting approval from the Minister
Article 54
By the enactment of this Regulation, then the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 267 /Menkes/SK/III/2004 as amended. last with Permenkes No. 891 /Menkes/Per/IX/2008 on Change Over Kepmenkes Number 267 /Menkes/SK/III/2004 on the Organization and Workforce of the Technical Managing Unit in Environmental Health Engineering and the Eradication of Menular Diseases is declared not to apply.
Article 55
(1) Tatalaksana of this Organization will further set up with the Minister of Health Ordinance.
(2) All provisions of implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 267 /Menkes/SK/III/2004 as amended last with the Ordinance of Minister of Health No. 891 /Menkes/Per/IX/2008 about the Changes to the Health Minister's Decision Number 267 /Menkes/SK/III/2004 on the Organization and Workforce of Technical Managing Unit in the Field of Environmental Health Engineering and the Eradication Disease of Menular Diseases remain in effect as long as it has not been replaced or specified under this Regulation.
Article 56
