Article 5 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 3, the Director of RSJPDHK built by the administrative secretariat of the Directorate General of community development efforts of health and functional technically built by the Directorate of community development efforts of Health Reference. Section Improved Medical Services and quality control; and c. the Monitoring and Evaluation Section Medical Service. Article 14 (1) of section Medical Service planning and development has the task of conducting the preparation of materials planning and the development of medical services. (2) Section Improved Medical Services and quality control has the task of conducting the preparation of material quality control and improvement of medical services. Article 20 (1) Supporting the Directorate has the task of implementing the management means of medical and non medical facility. (2) Supporting the Directorate headed by a Director. Article 39 the accounting Section has the task of carrying out the activities of financial accounting, management accounting, and verification. Article 40 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 39, the accounting Section organizes functions: a. implementation of financial accounting activities; b. implementation of the activities of the management accounting; and c. the implementation activities of verification. Article 46 General Directorate and human resources consist of: a. the General Part; b. Article 51 Section of the human resources and organization has the task of carrying out the Affairs of human resources, employee welfare and industrial relations, law, organization, and public relations.
