Article 33

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 32, the Finance Directorate organizes functions:

a. Drafting of the cost of treasury activities and the mobilization of funds, drafting and evaluation of budgets and accounting and verification;

b. coordination of the execution of treasury activities and the mobilization of funds, drafting and evaluation of the budget, as well as accounting and verification; and

c. control, monitoring and evaluation of the execution of treasury activities and the mobilization of funds, drafting and evaluation of budgets as well as accounting and verification.

Article 34

The Finance Directorate consists of:

a. The Fund ' s Treasury and Mobilization section;

b. The Accounting section;

c. Installation; and

d. Functional Position Group.

Section 35

The Treasury and Mobilization Parts have the task of carrying out budget matters, mobilization of funds, and treasury.

Article 36

In carrying out the duties as contemplated in Article 35, the Fund ' s Treasury and Mobilization Section organizes functions:

a. implementation of the budget activities;

b. implementation of the fund mobilization activities;

c. implementation of the treasury activities; and

d. implementation of monitoring and budget evaluation.

Article 37

The Treasury and Mobilization Parts consist of:

a. Budget Subsections;

b. Subsections Mobilization Fund; and

c. Treasury subsections.

Article 38

(1) The Budget Subsection has a duty to conduct budgeting and budgeting activities.

(2) The Mobilization Fund Subsection of the Fund has the task of conducting fund mobilization activities.

Section 39

Section 42

(1) The Financial Accounting Subsection has a duty to conduct financial accounting activities.

(2) Accounting Subsection Management has the task of doing management accounting activities.

Section 43

In the Financial Directorate environment can be in the form of installation as nonstructural unit.

Article 44

The General Directorate and Human Resources consist of:

Section 47

Article 51

The Human Resources and Organization Parts have a duty to carry out human resource affairs, welfare Employees and public relations, laws, organizations, and public relations.

Section 52

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 51, the Human Resources and Organization Section organizes functions:

a. implementation of human resources development;

b. implementation of the welfare of employees and industrial relations; and

c. implementation of legal affairs, organizational development and community relations.

Section 53

The Human Resources and Organization Parts consist of:

a. Human Resource Development subsections;

b. Subsections of Employee and Industrial Relations; and

c. Subsections Law, Organization and PR.

Article 54

(1) The Human Resource Development Subsection has a task of conducting human resources development inquiry.

(2) The Welfare and Industrial Relations Subsection Subsection of the Human Resources It has a duty to investigate the welfare of employee welfare and industrial relations.

Article 55

BAB III

NONSTRUCTURAL UNITS

First Section

Supervising Board

Article 56

Installation

Article 58

(3) Installation is located below and is responsible to the Director led by a chief who is appointed and dismissed by the Principal Director.

(4) The Chief Installation in carrying out his duties is assisted by the power-power and or non medical.

(5) The formation and change of number and type of installation is reported in writing to the Directorate General Bina Health Efforts.

Fourth Quarter

Division

Article 59

(1) Division is a nonstructural service unit that provides facilities and organizes hospital education and research activities.

(2) The formation of the Division is designated by the Principal Director in accordance with the needs of the hospital.

(3) Division consists of the Education and Training Division and the Research and Development Division, is functional and responsible directly to the Principal Director.

(4) The Education and Training Division organizes all educational activities and nonstructural training, both for the internal staff of the hospital, as well as external the hospital, in collaboration with the Department of Cardiology and Vascular Medicine FKUI or other institutions, from within or from outside the hospital.

(5) The Research and Development Division organizes all research activities, in collaboration with the Department of Cardiology and Vascular Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Indonesia (FKUI) or Other institutions, from within or from outside the hospital.

(6) The Division is below and is responsible to the Principal Director led by a Chief appointed and dismissed by the Principal Director.

(7) In carrying out his duties, the Head of the Division was assisted by the Division Secretary, the functional medik staff, Faculty, research staff, and other staff.

(8) The change in number and type of Division is set by the Principal Director with the written approval of the Directorate General of Bina Health Efforts, tailored to the needs and development in medik services, education and research.

Fifth Section

Intern Check Unit

Section 60

(1) Intern Examination Unit is a Functional Working Unit tasked with carrying out a hospital ' s internal inspection.

(2) Intern Examination Unit is located below and is responsible to the Director Main.

(3) Intern Examination units are set and set up by the Principal Director as needed.

BAB IV

FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP

Article 61

The functional office group has a task of performing activities in accordance with the respective functional positions under applicable law.

Section 62

(1) The functional office group consists of a number of functional forces divided over various functional office groups. in accordance with the field of expertise.

(2) Each of the functional power as referred to in paragraph (1) is in the environment of the hospital work unit in accordance with its competence.

(4) The type and type of functional office as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by Applicable law.

BAB V

FUNCTIONAL MEDIK STAFF

Article 63

(1) The functional medik staff is a group of physicians working in the medical field in a functional office.

(2) The functional medik staff have the task of carrying out diagnostics, treatment, prevention of disease, improving and recovery of health, counseling, education, training, research and development.

(3) In carrying out its duties, functional medik staff use a team approach with a related profession workforce.

BAB VI

TATA KERJA

Section 64

In carrying out its duties, any leader of the organization in the hospital environment is required to apply coordination, integration, and synchronization principles within their respective environments as well as with other units.

Section 65

Any leadership of the unit of the organization is required to oversee subordinates and In the event of an obligation to take the necessary steps in accordance with the provisions and applicable laws.

Section 66

Every unit leader of the organization is responsible for the lead and coordinate his subordinates and provide guidance and guidance for the execution of his subordinates duties.

Section 67

Any leadership of the unit of organization is required to follow and obey the directions and be responsible to the superiors and the delivered periodic reports in time.

Section 68

Any report received by any unit leader of the organization from a subordinate, is required to be treated and used as a material for compiling further reports and to provide instructions to subordinates.

Section 69

The Directors, Field Head/Section, Section Head/Subsection, Head of Installation, Division Head, Functional Office Group, and Head of the Internal Examination Unit are required to submit periodic reports to the superiors Each one

Section 70

In passing the report to its supervisor, the full report busan with all of its attachments is delivered to another organization unit that is functionally related.

Article 71

In exercise its duties, any leadership of the organization units assisted by the Chief of the Organization Unit under it and in order to provide guidance and coaching to each of the respective officers to hold a periodic meeting.

BAB VII

ESELON

Article 72

Eselon RSJPDHK consists of:

a. The Principal Director is the structural position of the eselon II.a;

b. The Director is the structural position of the eselon II.b;

c. The Head of the Field and the Head of Section is the structural position of the III.a; and

d. Section Chief and Subsection Chief is the structural position of eselon IV.a.

Section 73

Changes to organizational and regulatory arrangements according to this Regulation are set by the Minister of Health After receiving written approval from the Minister responsible for the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform.
