The Treasury and Mobilization Parts have the task of carrying out budget matters, mobilization of funds, and treasury.
Article 36
In carrying out the duties as contemplated in Article 35, the Fund ' s Treasury and Mobilization Section organizes functions:
a. implementation of the budget activities;
b. implementation of the fund mobilization activities;
c. implementation of the treasury activities; and
d. implementation of monitoring and budget evaluation.
Article 37
The Treasury and Mobilization Parts consist of:
a. Budget Subsections;
b. Subsections Mobilization Fund; and
c. Treasury subsections.
Article 38
(1) The Budget Subsection has a duty to conduct budgeting and budgeting activities.

(3) Installation is located below and is responsible to the Director led by a chief who is appointed and dismissed by the Principal Director.
(4) The Chief Installation in carrying out his duties is assisted by the power-power and or non medical.
(5) The formation and change of number and type of installation is reported in writing to the Directorate General Bina Health Efforts.
Fourth Quarter
Division
Article 59
(1) Division is a nonstructural service unit that provides facilities and organizes hospital education and research activities.
(2) The formation of the Division is designated by the Principal Director in accordance with the needs of the hospital.
(3) Division consists of the Education and Training Division and the Research and Development Division, is functional and responsible directly to the Principal Director.
(4) The Education and Training Division organizes all educational activities and nonstructural training, both for the internal staff of the hospital, as well as external the hospital, in collaboration with the Department of Cardiology and Vascular Medicine FKUI or other institutions, from within or from outside the hospital.

(5) The Research and Development Division organizes all research activities, in collaboration with the Department of Cardiology and Vascular Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Indonesia (FKUI) or Other institutions, from within or from outside the hospital.
(6) The Division is below and is responsible to the Principal Director led by a Chief appointed and dismissed by the Principal Director.
(7) In carrying out his duties, the Head of the Division was assisted by the Division Secretary, the functional medik staff, Faculty, research staff, and other staff.
(8) The change in number and type of Division is set by the Principal Director with the written approval of the Directorate General of Bina Health Efforts, tailored to the needs and development in medik services, education and research.

Intern Check Unit
Section 60
(1) Intern Examination Unit is a Functional Working Unit tasked with carrying out a hospital ' s internal inspection.
(2) Intern Examination Unit is located below and is responsible to the Director Main.
(3) Intern Examination units are set and set up by the Principal Director as needed.

FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP
Article 61
The functional office group has a task of performing activities in accordance with the respective functional positions under applicable law.

FUNCTIONAL MEDIK STAFF
Article 63
(1) The functional medik staff is a group of physicians working in the medical field in a functional office.
(2) The functional medik staff have the task of carrying out diagnostics, treatment, prevention of disease, improving and recovery of health, counseling, education, training, research and development.
(3) In carrying out its duties, functional medik staff use a team approach with a related profession workforce.

TATA KERJA

In carrying out its duties, any leader of the organization in the hospital environment is required to apply coordination, integration, and synchronization principles within their respective environments as well as with other units.

Any leadership of the unit of the organization is required to oversee subordinates and In the event of an obligation to take the necessary steps in accordance with the provisions and applicable laws.

Every unit leader of the organization is responsible for the lead and coordinate his subordinates and provide guidance and guidance for the execution of his subordinates duties.
