THE HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TIED: that it has been given the Regulation of Health Minister Number 1144 /Menkes/Per/VIII/2010 on the Organization and the Working Services of the Ministry of Health, then it needs to change the Regulation of Health Minister Number 530 /Menkes/Per/ IV/2007 About the Organization and Health Facilities Secure Hall Work System;

Establishing: HEALTH MINISTER REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO HEALTH MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 530 /MENKES/PER/IV/2007 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE SECURITY HALL WORK HEALTH FACILITIES.

Article I

Conditions in Chapter I Article 1 of Health Minister Regulation No. 530 /Menkes/Per/IV/2007 About the Organization and Workforce Hall Health Care Facility are amended, so the whole reads

BAB I

POSITION, DUTIES, AND FUNCTION

Article 1

(1) The Health Facility Safety Hall is subsequently called BPFK is the Technical Managing Unit in the Ministry environment Health is under and responsible to the Directorate General of Bina Health Efforts.

(2) The BPFK is led by a Chief and in carrying out the duties administratively scouted by the Directorate General of Bina Efforts Health and technically functional being scouted by the Bina Directorate of Penunjang Services Medik and Sarana Health.
