TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE HOSPITAL ' S ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION OF THE HOSPITAL

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 11 paragraph (6) of the Law No. 44 Year 2009 on the Hospital, it needs to establish the Minister of Health ' s Regulation on the Technical Requirements of Prasarana Hospital Installation of the Hospital;

DECIDED:

Establish: Health Minister 's regulations on the technical requirements of the hospital' s electrical installation of the hospital.

Section 1
Setting technical requirements of the hospital ' s electrical installation of the hospital aims to:
a. provide reference to the hospital in realizing quality electrical installation according to its function, reliable, efficient, sericable and aligned with the environment; and
B. The host functions of a hospital's electrical installation that guarantees safety, health, comfort, and ease of the users of the electrical installation at the hospital.

Section 2
The technical requirements of the hospital's electrical installation infrastructure as set forth in the Attachment are an inseparable part of this Minister's Rule.

Section 3
The technical requirements of the hospital's electrical installation are a reference to hospital managers, counter-management services, local governments, and agencies associated with setting up and controlling the construction of the building. Electrical installation infrastructure in order to ensure the safety of hospitals and the environment for electrical hazards.

Section 4
The technical requirements of the hospital's electrical installation of the Hospital as referred to in Article 2 apply to the electrical installation in the medical location to ensure patient safety and the medik staff.

Section 5
(1) Minister with the Provincial Health Service and the District Health Service/City conducting the coaching and supervision of the Technical Requirements of Prasarana Installation of the Hospital in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
(2) Coaching as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted through an increase in the ability of an electrical technician at the hospital in the technical staging of the hospital's electrical installation infrastructure.
(3) In order of implementation of supervision as referred to in paragraph (1), the Government and the Local Government may provide administrative actions to the hospital.
(4) The administrative actions as referred to in paragraph (1) are performed through:
a. oral reprimand;
B. written reprimand; or
c. revocation recommendation for the use of an electrical installation.

Section 6
At the time this Regulation is in effect, all existing hospitals must conform to the provisions applicable in this Regulation, the slowest in the term of 2 (two) years after the Ordinance is promulgated.

Section 7
This rule comes into effect on the promulgable date.
