STANDARD NUTRIENT TABUR POWDER

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

A draw: a. that infant mortality rates and child mortality rates in Indonesia are still high, which among others is caused by acute respiratory tract infections, diarrhoea, measles, and perinatal disorders, as well as being weighed in with poor nutritional conditions;

b. That in order to protect the people from malnutrition and to prevent any shortage of vitamins and minerals especially in toddlers ages 6-59 months, it needs a nutrient-filled nutrient powder that meets the standard;

c. that under consideration as referred to in letters a, and b is seen needing to establish the Health Minister ' s Regulation on Nutrient Tabur Powder Standards;

SET: A HEALTH MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE STANDARD OF NUTRITIONAL POWDER POWDER.

Article 1

The standard nutrient powder standard is further called Taburia as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this minister's regulation.

Article 2

Standard as referred to in Section 1 to be used as a reference to the Government, Provincial Local Government and the District/City Regional Government that will host/carry out Taburia procurement.

Article 3

This minister ' s regulation start to apply at the date of the invitation.

STANDARD OF MALNUTRITION POWDER

I. Introduction

a. Background

The toddler period is the most important time in the child growth and development process. Vitamins and minerals are required for physical growth, brain development and intelligence, as well as body durability against disease.

A deficiency of vitamins and minerals in toddlers will result in easy toddlers. It hurts, it grows, and it's impaired by the development of the brain and its intelligence. In the condition of severe vitamin and mineral deficiency, the risk of death increases.

To prevent the occurrence of vitamin and mineral shortages in toddlers, the government organized the activities of giving vitamins and minerals in form The powder called Taburia. Taburia is given to toddlers by adding up to the breakfast prepared at home.

b. Intent and Purpose

Standards of nutrient tabur powder (Taburia) are intended to provide a reference to the Government, Provincial Regional Government and the District/City Local Government as well as all parties that will organize/carry out powder procurement Malnutrition (Taburia), the goal is to prevent a lack of vitamin and mineral deficiency in toddlers ages 6-59 months with priority on toddlers ages 6-24 months.

Conditions:

1. Vitamin A, Vitamin B2 and Fe-Fumarate that are used should be encapsulated to prevent reactions with other compounds and to reduce the color, taste and smell that it enforces.

2. Taburia must have a minimum saving power of 12 months

3. There must be a certificate/analysis results analysis (CoA) from the manufacturer Taburia about the vitamins and minerals content as well as the microorganism content.

III.KeCleaning And Security During The packaging

1. Taburia is a food-prone material that is prone to physical damage and the quality of nutritional substances, prone to pathogenic and non-pathogenic, and prone to other harmful chemicals, such as packaging during packaging. must refer to quality control and quality assurance for baby and child products.

2. Adhesives (sealed) the gilt should be rapt and not easily open during storage with conditions corresponding to the default rule.

IV.Terms Kemasan

a. The product name, the ministry ' s logo and the writing of "FRANKRI RI" as well as the writing of "TABURIA". The notation is listed as per 1 g,% of the Nutritional Adequacy (AKG) of which is listed as per takaran. The nutritional value information format is according to the guidelines of the nutritional value information PPO (BPOM RI, 2004).

g. The instructions of the preparation in the form of the image and the writing are clear and easy to understand.

h. Expiration date: " Good used before date

i. Production code

j. It has an edar license number from the BPOM.

k. The writing is "halal" on the main part of the label.
