CHANGES TO THE HEAD REGULATION OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION OF STATE ADMINISTRATION 6 OF 2011 ON THE GUIDELINES OF STAGING

EDUCATION AND LEVEL I

DRAW: a. That in order to improve the purpose and outcome of the country's educational and training programs, especially those related to the increased competency and capacity of the leadership of the PNS, is seen as necessary for an improvement in the curriculum. education and overall leadership training;

b. that one of the leadership education and training programs as referred to in the letter a is set in the Regulation of the Chief LAN Number 6 of 2011 on the Guidelines for Education and Training Leadership Level I is viewed as necessary for enhanced;

c. that the refinement of the guidelines as referred to the letter b is deemed necessary to be specified in the Rule of the Head of the State Administration Agency;

The State Administration as it has been four times amended last with the Rule of the State Administration Board Number 5 of 2011;

9. Chief LAN Regulation No. 2 of 2008 on the Guidelines for the Accreditation of the Institution of Education and Government Training;

DECIDED:

SET: A CHANGE TO THE RULE OF THE HEAD OF STATE ADMINISTRATION OF STATE ADMINISTRATION 6 OF 2011 ON THE GUIDELINES HOST OF EDUCATION AND LEVEL OF LEADERSHIP TRAINING I.

Article I Changed some provisions in the Regulation of the Chief of State Administration Number 6 of 2011 On the Guidelines of Education and Leadership Training Level I as follows: 1. Changing the provisions in Section 5 so that it all reads:

"Article 5

The implementation of this Regulation was performed effectively on 1 January 2014"

2. Between the provisions of Section 5 and Section 6 is inserted Article 5a so that the whole reads as follows:

" Section 5a

Before the enacation of this Regulation, then the Leadership of the Education and Training of the Level I refers to Decision of Chief LAN Number 542/XIII/10/6/2001 on the Guidelines for Education and Training Leadership Level I. "

Article II

The rules are in effect from the date of the invitation.
