REGULATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S INTERIOR MINISTER

NUMBER 1 2012 ABOUT

GUIDELINES AWARDING THE NATIONAL ELECTION AWARD

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Minister's Regulation, which is referred to:

BAB II

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

CHAPTER III OF SCOPE

CHAPTER IV AUTHORITY AWARDING

Article 6 (1) The Minister of the Interior through the Director General of the Nation and

Politics, has the authority to provide the national flag of the award to the Individuals, community organizations/LNL and provincial government organizers.

(2) The Governor has the authority in awarding the national anthem award in the province.

(3) The Regent/Mayor has an authority in the The ensign of the national anthem of the district/city.

Section 8 (1) Candidate awarding the award mark as intended

1. WNI;

2. loyal to Pancasila and the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

3. dedicated both in society;

4. Good and good; 5. submitted a live history list; and

b. For the community organization/LNL is composed of: 1. has an organization's founding deed which has got

Article 10

CHAPTER VI TIM ASSESSOR

Article 12 (1) The membership of the assessor team consists of elements of government and elements

academics. (2) The appraisal team organization of the assessor as referred to in paragraph (1),

consists of: a. Central assessor team:

-Chairman: Minister of the Interior-Vice chairman: Secretary General-Secretary: Director General of the Union and Politics

-Member: 1) element of academia; 2) elements of the Coordinating Ministry

Economy; 3) elements of the Ministry of Education and

Culture; 4) elements of the Ministry of Tourism and Economy

Creative; and 5) elements of the Ministry of the Interior

b. Provincial assessor team:-Chairman: Governor-Vice-chairman: regional secretary-Secretary: head of the SKPD who is drugging the unity affairs

nation and politics-Member: 1) the element of academia;

2) of the SKPD element that is drugging the economic affairs;

3) the SKPD element that is leading to educational and cultural affairs;

5) elements of the SKPD that are drugging the affairs of the nation and politics or any other name.

c. District/city assessor team:-Chairman: bupati/mayor

-Vice chairman: regional secretary-Secretary: head of the SKPD who is drugging the unity affair

nation and politics or any other name

-Member: 1) the element of academia; 2) the SKPD element that is responsible for the business

economy; 3) the SKPD element that is responsible for the business

education and culture; 4) the SKPD elements that are dealing with the business

tourism; and

Article 14

In addition to the task as referred to in Section 13,

a. The central assessor team as referred to in Section 11 of the paragraph (2) of the letter a has the task:

1. host and facilitate national national hosting award-marking activities;

2. perform assessment based on scores; and 3. coordinate the governor in the holding of the award

b. The provincial assessor team as referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (2) of the letter b, has a task:

1. host and facilitate the activities of the national hosting award marking activities in the province;

2. perform assessment based on scores; and 3. coordinate the regents/mayors in the holding

awarding of the national baseage award.

c. The district/city Assessor team referred to in Article 10 of the paragraph (2) of the letter c, has the task:

1. host and facilitate the activities of the national logging award marking activities in the district/kota;

2. perform assessment based on scores; and 3. coordinate the head of the village head/lurah or any other name

through the seaguat in the hosting of the national hosting award.

Section 15

(1) In carrying out the award-giving assessment task The national population is made a secretariat of the team.

BAB VII THE METHOD OF AWARDING AWARDS

Article 16 (1) The awarding of the award mark as referred to in Article 15

b. pass the verification and assessment of the assessor team. (2) The recipient of the national flag of the award as

referred to paragraph (1) is specified by the Decree of the Minister.

Section 20

Article 21

Assessment of prospective recipients of the national election award, including:

a. Assessment method and stage of assessment;

b. the winner's assessment mechanism; and c. the awarding criteria of the award sign.

Article 22 of the national system of the award ceremony as referred to in Article 6, Article 17 and Article 19 is submitted to the prospective recipient of the award on the Republic of Indonesia ' s Birthday every August 17.

BAB VII FORM AWARD

Article 23 The form of the national flag of the awards is:

a. charter; and/or

b. Trophy. Article 24

(1) Signage of the national charter of the form of nationality as referred to in Article 23 of the letter a with specification:

a. type of paper photo, size of B4 with a length of 35.5 cm and 25 cm wide of a young yellow base;

b. At the center of the paper is the coat of arms of the golden yellow poly, and

(2) Signs of the national anthem of the country. the form of a trophy as referred to in Article 23 of the letter b with the specification:

b. The color of the trophy consists of: 1) the ball between the yellow golden yellow;

MONITORING, EVALUATION AND REPORTING

Article 25 (1) Minister through Director General of the Union of Nations and Politics

performing monitoring and evaluation of the awarding of national national monitoring of the awards of the national anthem.

(3) The Regent/Mayor performs monitoring and evaluation of the awarding of the national flag-making award in the district/city.

Article 26 (1) The governor reports the results of monitoring and evaluation of the awarding

the national election award in the province to the Minister through the Director General of the Nation and Politics.

(2) The Regent/Mayor reports monitoring and evaluation of the awarding of the national monitoring of the nationality in the district/city to the Governor.

(3) The report as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is conducted periodically every 6 (six) months.

CHAPTER IX COACHING AND SUPERVISION

Article 27 (1) Minister through the Director General of the Nation ' s Unity and Politics

performs the national coaching and supervision award nationwide.

(2) The governor conducts the coaching and supervision of the awarding of the national anthem award in the province and district/city

(3) The Regent/Mayor conducts the coaching and supervision of the awarding of the national anthem at the village/kelurahan through the district.

CHAPTER X FUNDING

Article 28 The funding of the awarding awards is marked nationality sourced from: a. State Revenue and State Shopping Budget; b. Provincial Revenue and Regional Shopping Budget and Budget

Revenue and Shopping District Area/kota; and/or c. Another valid and non-binding income.

CHAPTER XI OF OTHER PROVISIONS
