Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of DEFENCE REGARDING the PROCEDURES for SUBMISSION of the PROPOSAL title, HONOURS, and the SIGN of HONOR for SOLDIERS and CIVIL SERVANTS of the MINISTRY of Defense.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. The title of the award is given to the President of the country's soldiers and CIVIL SERVANTS Kemhan who has died or fell over the fight, darmabakti, devotion and outstanding work for the people and the State.
2. Sign the service award is given to the President of the country's soldiers and CIVIL SERVANTS who Kemhan and extraordinary achievers in developing and advancing a particular field that is beneficial to the nation and the State.
3. The sign of Honor Award was given to the President of the country's soldiers, CIVIL SERVANTS Kemhan, CITIZENS, FOREIGNERS, the unity Government, institution, or organization over darmabakti and incredible loyalty towards the nation and the State.
4. the Minister is the Minister of the organizing Affairs of the Government in the field of Defense.
5. The Commander of the TNI Commander is hereinafter referred to high military officers who led the TNI.
6. the Chief of staff of the Navy is the Indonesian Army Chief of staff, Chief of staff of the INDONESIAN Navy, and Chief of staff of the INDONESIAN air force. 7. The soldier is a member of the Indonesia national army.

8. Indonesia is the INDONESIAN national army.
9. Indonesia Citizens hereinafter abbreviated CITIZENS are those Nations Indonesia and the people of other nations who endorsed the law as citizens.
10. Foreign nationals hereinafter abbreviated as FOREIGNERS are people of other nations who endorsed the law as citizens.
11. Ministry of defence civil servants who subsequently abbreviated PNS Kemhan is a CIVIL SERVANT who worked or served in the Defense Ministry and the AIR FORCE environment. 12. the TNI Headquarters/research team Force is the Council signs the honor.

Article 2 (1) a title given to soldiers and CIVIL SERVANTS who have died Kemhan based on legislation.

CHAPTER II TITLE, SIGN SERVICE and SIGN the HONOR is considered part of the title of article 5 (1) Title in the form of a national hero.
(2) the granting of a degree may be accompanied by the granting of Honours and/or a sign of honor.
The second part of the sign Services article 6 (1) sign the form of Service medals.

Article 8 (1) Star Honors as stipulated in article 7 paragraph (1) letter a consists of: a. a civilian Star; and b. the star of the military.
(2) the sign of Honor Civil star referred to in subsection (1) letter a consists of: a. the star of the Republic of Indonesia;

b. Mahaputera Star;

c. Star services;

d. the star of Humanity;

e. Democracy Enforcement Star;

f. Cultural Star Parama Dharma; and g. the star of Bhayangkara.
(3) Honorary Military Star Sign referred to in subsection (1) letter b consists of: a. the Guerrilla Star;

b. the star of the Galaxy;

c. the star of Dharma;

d. the star of Yudha Dharma;

e. Stars Kartika Eka Axis;

f. Jalasena Stars; and g. Swa Bhuwana Star force.
(4) Military star Honors that can be awarded to a FOREIGN NATIONAL consists of: a. the star of Yudha Dharma;

b. Stars Kartika Eka Axis;

c. Jalasena Stars; and d. Swa Bhuwana Star force.
Article 9 (1) a mark of honor in the form Satyalancana as referred to in article 7 paragraph (1) letter b consists of: a. the civil Satyalancana; and b. Satyalancana military.
(2) the honorary sign of the Civil Satyalancana in the form referred to in subsection (1) letter a consists of: a. Satyalancana pioneer of Independence;

b. Satyalancana Development;

c. Satyalancana Wira Karya;

d. Social Worship Satyalancana;

e. Satyalancana culture;

f. Satyalancana education;

g. Satyalancana Satya Work;

h. Satyalancana Dharma Sports;

i. Satyalancana Dharmas Lad;

j. Satyalancana of tourism;

k. Satyalancana Works Bhakti Praja Nugraha;

l. Satyalancana Devotion;

m. Satyalancana Bhakti education;

n. Satyalancana Main Jana;

o. Knight Bhayangkara Satyalancana;

p. Satyalancana the works Bhakti;

q. Satyalancana Police Operations;

r. Satyalancana Bhakti Buana;

s. Satyalancana Nusa Bhakti; and t. Satyalancana Purna Bhakti.
(3) the sign of Honor Military Satyalancana in the form referred to in subsection (1) letter b consists of: a. Satyalancana Bhakti;

b. Satyalancana Example;

c. Satyalancana of loyalty;

d. Satyalancana Dharma Santi;

e. Satyalancana Dwidya Sistha;

f. Satyalancana Dharma Nusa;

g. Satyalancana Bantala Dharma;

h. Satyalancana Dharma Samudra;

i. Satyalancana Dharma Aerospace;

j. Satyalancana Wira Nusa;

k. Satyalancana Wira Dharma;

l. Satyalancana Wira Standby; and m. Knight Satyalancana Yudha.
(4) a sign of Respectability in the form of Military Satyalancana which can be granted to a FOREIGN NATIONAL, namely Satyalancana Dwidya Sistha.
Article 10 (1) a mark of honor in the form Samkaryanugraha as referred to in article 7 paragraph (1) Letter c consists of: a. the civil Samkaryanugraha; and b. Samkaryanugraha military.
(2) the honorary sign of the Civil Samkaryanugraha in the form referred to in subsection (1) letter a consists of: a. Purnakarya Nugraha Parasamya; and b. Nugraha Sakanti.
(3) the sign of Honor Military Samkaryanugraha in the form referred to in subsection (1) letter b, namely Samkaryanugraha.
CHAPTER III PROCEDURE for MAKING the PROPOSAL title, SIGN SERVICE and SIGN the HONOR is considered part of the procedure for obtaining the title To Warrior article 11 (1) the leadership of ministries and Non Government agencies the Ministry proposes the soldiers at his environment that meets the requirements to the Commander in Chief.

(5) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team central to the Minister of Social Affairs.
The second part of the procedure for obtaining a token Service to soldiers at the INDONESIAN Environment article 12 (1) the Commander suggested the soldiers at the TNI Headquarters environment meets the requirements to Cash.
(2) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (1) and the soldiers in the Force environment meets the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander.
(3) Commanders suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who have meet the requirements of the results from the research team central to the Minister reserves the right to provide a service Mark.
The third part of the procedures for obtaining a mark of honour for Soldiers in the neighborhood of TNI Paragraph 1 star Honors Civil sections 13 (1) Commander suggested the soldiers at the TNI Headquarters environment meets the requirements to Cash.

(2) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (1) and the soldiers in the Force environment meets the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander.
(3) Commanders suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who have meet the requirements of the results from the research team central to the Minister who has the right to give a sign of honor.
Paragraph 2 Honors Civil Satyalancana in the form of clause 14 (1) Commander suggested the soldiers at the TNI Headquarters environment meets the requirements to Cash.
(2) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (1) and the soldiers in the Force environment meets the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander.
(3) Commanders suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who have meet the requirements of the results from the research team central to the Minister who has the right to give a sign of honor.
Paragraph 3 star Honors Military Article 15 (1) Commander suggested the soldiers at the TNI Headquarters environment meets the requirements to Cash.
(2) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (1) and the soldiers in the Force environment meets the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander.
(3) Commanders suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who have meet the requirements of the results from the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
Paragraph 4 Honors Military Satyalancana in the form of article 16 (1) the Commander suggested the soldiers at the TNI Headquarters environment meets the requirements to Cash.
(2) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (1) and the soldiers in the Force environment meets the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander.
(3) Commanders suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who have meet the requirements of the results from the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
The fourth part of the procedures for obtaining Honours to Soldiers outside the structure of the TNI article 17 (1) the leadership of ministries and Non Government agencies the Ministry proposes the soldiers who meet the requirements to the Commander in Chief (2) Commanders suggested the soldiers as referred to in paragraph (1) which meets the requirements of the cash to the host.
(3) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
(4) the Commander suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who has fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(5) the Minister suggested the Soldiers referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team central to the Minister reserves the right to provide a service Mark.
Part five Procedures to get the sign of honor for Soldiers outside the structure of the TNI Paragraph 1 star Honors Civil Article 18 (1) the leadership of ministries and Non Government agencies the Ministry proposes the soldiers who meet the requirements to the Commander in Chief (2) Commanders suggested the soldiers as referred to in paragraph (1) which meets the requirements of the cash to the host.
(3) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
(4) the Commander suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who has fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(5) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team central to the Minister who has the right to give a sign of honor.
Paragraph 2 star Honors Military article 19 (1) the leadership of ministries and Non Government agencies the Ministry proposes the soldiers who meet the requirements to the Commander in Chief (2) Commanders suggested the soldiers as referred to in paragraph (1) which meets the requirements of the cash to the host.
(3) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
(4) the Commander suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who has fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(5) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
Paragraph 3 Honors be Civil Satyalancana article 20 (1) the leadership of ministries and Non Government agencies the Ministry proposes the soldiers who meet the requirements to the Commander in Chief.
(2) the Commander suggested the soldiers as referred to in paragraph (1) which meets the requirements of the cash to the host.
(3) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
(4) the Commander suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who has fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(5) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team central to the Minister who has the right to give a sign of honor.
Paragraph 4 Honors Military Satyalancana in the form of Article 21 (1) the leadership of ministries and Non Government agencies the Ministry proposes the soldiers who meet the requirements to the Commander in Chief.
(2) the Commander suggested the soldiers as referred to in paragraph (1) which meets the requirements of the cash to the host.
(3) Cash Force proposed soldiers referred to in subsection (2) who had fulfilled the requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
(4) the Commander suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (3) who has fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(5) the Minister suggested the soldiers referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
The sixth part of the procedure for obtaining Degree for CIVIL SERVANTS Kemhan section 22 (1) Kasatker in an environment of Kemhan proposed Kemhan that meet the requirements of CIVIL SERVANTS to the Secretary General of the Kemhan.
(2) the proposed Force Treasury CIVIL SERVANTS has met the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander.
(3) the Commander of the proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (2) and the CIVIL SERVANTS at the TNI Headquarters environment meet requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Secretary-General proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (1) and subsection (3) who has fulfilled the requirements the result of Secretariat research team Kemhan to the Minister.
(5) the Minister proposes CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team central to the Minister of Social Affairs.
The seventh part of the procedure for obtaining a token Service for CIVIL SERVANTS Kemhan Article 23 (1) Kasatker in an environment of Kemhan proposed Kemhan that meet the requirements of CIVIL SERVANTS to the Secretary General of the Kemhan.
(2) the proposed Force Treasury CIVIL SERVANTS has met the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander.
(3) the Commander of the proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (2) and the CIVIL SERVANTS at the TNI Headquarters environment meet requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Secretary-General proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (1) and subsection (3) who has fulfilled the requirements the result of Secretariat research team Kemhan to the Minister.
(5) the Minister proposes CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team central to the Minister reserves the right to provide a service Mark.
The eighth part of a procedure to obtain a mark of honor for CIVIL SERVANTS Kemhan Paragraph 1 star Honors Civil Section 24 (1) Kasatker in an environment of Kemhan proposed Kemhan that meet the requirements of CIVIL SERVANTS to the Secretary General of the Kemhan.
(2) the proposed Force Treasury CIVIL SERVANTS has met the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander. (3) the Commander of the proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (2) and the CIVIL SERVANTS at the TNI Headquarters environment meet requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Secretary-General proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (1) who had fulfilled the requirements the result of Secretariat research team Kemhan to the Minister.

(2) the proposed Force Treasury CIVIL SERVANTS has met the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander. (3) the Commander of the proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (2) and the CIVIL SERVANTS at the TNI Headquarters environment meet requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.

(2) the proposed Force Treasury CIVIL SERVANTS has met the requirements of the results from the research team to the Force Commander. (3) the Commander of the proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (2) and the CIVIL SERVANTS at the TNI Headquarters environment meet requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(4) the Secretary-General proposed CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (1) meets the requirements of the results of the research team from the Secretariat to the Minister.
(5) the Minister proposes CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (3) and subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
The ninth part of a procedure to obtain a mark of honor for CITIZENS of other Paragraphs 1 star Honors Military Article 28 (1) the leadership of the Ministry outside the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Non Government agencies proposed eligible CIVIL SERVANTS to Ministers.
(2) the Governor, Governor, or Mayor proposes civil servants, citizens, or community who meet the requirements to the Minister.
(3) the Minister continue proposing CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (1) and the civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in paragraph (2) which comply with the requirements to the Commander in Chief.
(4) a Chief of the forward proposing civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (3) who have the cash to meet the requirements of the force.
(5) Cash Force proposed civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
(6) the Commander of the proposed civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (5) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(7) the Minister proposes civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (6) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
Paragraph 2 the sign of honor Military Satyalancana in the form of Article 29 (1) the leadership of the Ministry outside the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Non Government agencies proposed eligible CIVIL SERVANTS to Ministers.
(2) Gubernu, Regent, or Mayor proposes civil servants, citizens, or community who meet the requirements to the Minister.
(3) the Minister continue proposing CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (1) and the civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in paragraph (2) which comply with the requirements to the Commander in Chief.
(4) a Chief of the forward proposing civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (3) who have the cash to meet the requirements of the force.
(5) Cash Force proposed civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (4) who had fulfilled the requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
(6) the Commander of the proposed civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (5) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the TNI Headquarters research team to the Minister.
(7) the Minister proposes civil servants, citizens, or of the community as referred to in subsection (6) who had fulfilled the requirements result from the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
The tenth part of a procedure to obtain a mark of honor for a FOREIGN NATIONAL in Paragraph 1 Star Honors Military star Yudha Dharma article 30 (1) a FOREIGN NATIONAL filed a Commanders eligible to get Honorary Military Star Sign star Yudha Dharma to the Minister.
(2) the Minister is proposing a FOREIGN NATIONAL referred to in subsection (1) the results of the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
Article 31 (1) the Minister is asking a FOREIGN NATIONAL who meets the requirements to get an honorary Military Star Sign star Yudha Dharma to the Commander in Chief.
(2) the Commander asking a FOREIGN NATIONAL referred to in subsection (1) to the Minister.
(3) the Minister is proposing a FOREIGN NATIONAL referred to in subsection (2) results of the research team to the President through the Center of the Board title, Sign service and sign of honor.
Paragraph 2 Star Honors Military star Kartika Eka Axis star, Jalasena Stars, and Forced 32 Article Bhuwana Swa (1) a FOREIGN NATIONAL proposes Force Cash requirements results from team of researchers to the Force Commander.
