Section 9

DECIDED:

Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE AGRICULTURAL MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT.

Section 1

In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. Civil Servants are the Civil Servants and Members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces/Indonesian Police Republlik State as referred to in Law No. 8 of 1974 on the subjects of the Wage as amended by the Act Number 43 Year 1999.
2. Employees in the Ministry of Agriculture environment are employees of the country and other employees who are based on the decisions of the officials who are authorized to be appointed in a post or are assigned and fully employed in the organizational unit in the environment. Ministry of Agriculture.

Section 2

To employees who have certain tasks/jobs in the Ministry of Agriculture environment, in addition to being granted income under the terms of the laws, are provided with the Performance allowance each month.

Section 3

(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, not provided to:
a.   Employees in the Ministry of Agriculture who do not have a specific job/work/work in the Ministry of Agriculture;
B.   Employees in the Ministry of Agriculture environment are suspended for temporary or disabled;
C.   Employees in the Ministry of Agriculture environment are suspended from work/office with a given amount of money (not dismissed as a civil servant);
D.   Employees in the Ministry of Agriculture environment are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside of the Ministry of Agriculture;
e.   Employees in the Ministry of Agriculture environment are granted leave outside the state or in the free of duty to undergo a retirement in preparation.
(2) The provisions of employee in the Ministry of Agriculture who are not provided Performance Improvement as referred to in paragraph (1), are further regulated by the Minister of Agriculture Regulation.

Section 4

The magnitude of the Performance Benefits as referred to in Section 2 is listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.

Section 7

Section 8
