EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE IN THE ENVIRONMENT
THE STUDY AGENCY AND THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.   That with the Bureaucratic Reforms in the Environmental Assessment and Technology Implementation, then in an effort to improve the performance of employees in the Environmental Assessment and Technology Application, need to be given a Performance improvement;
B. that based on consideration as intended in the letter a, it needs to establish the President's Regulation on the Employee Performance Allowance in the Environmental Assessment and Technology Implementation.

Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

DECIDED:

Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE STUDY BODY AND THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY.

Section 1

In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. Civil Servants are the Civil Servants and Members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces/Indonesian Police Republlik State as referred to in Law No. 8 of 1974 on the subjects of the Wage as amended by the Act Number 43 Year 1999.
2. The employee in the environment of the Agency for Review and Application of Technology is the Civil Servant and other employee who is based on the Decree of the Acting Officer appointed in a position or assigned and working in full on an organizational unit in the United States. Section 2

To employees who have a particular job/work/work in the environment of the Assessment Board and the Application of Technology, in addition to being granted income under the terms of the laws, are provided with the Performance allowance each month.

Section 3

(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, not provided to:
a. Employees in the Environment and Technology Management Board who do not have a specific job/work/work environment in the environment of the Assessment and Technology Application;
B. Employees in the Environmental Assessment and Technology Application that are suspended for temporary or disabled;
C. Employee in the environment of the Board of Studies and Information Technology that is suspended from work/office with a given money wait (not dismissed as a civil servant);
D. Employees in the Environment Agency and Technology Application (s) who are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside of the Agency for the Assessment and Technology Application (s);
e. Employees in the environment of the Agency for Research and Information Technology are given leave outside of the country's dependents or in the free of duty to undergo a retirement in preparation.
(2) The terms of the Service in the environment of the Agency for Review and Application of Technology that are not given the Performance Improvement as referred to in paragraph (1), are further regulated by the Regulation of the Head of the Assessment and the Application of Technology.

Section 4

The magnitude of the Performance Benefits as referred to in Section 2 is listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.

Section 5

(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, paid in terms of January 2012.

Section 8

(1) For employees in the environment of the Board of Studies and Technology Professionals who are appointed as functional officials and obtain the Profession Allowance then Performance Benefits are paid by the difference between the Performance improvement in the class of his office with The benefits of the profession on the body.
(2) If the Profession Allowance which is accepted as referred to in paragraph (1) is greater than the Performance improvement in the class of his office, then payable is the Profession Allowance on its general.

Section 9

(1) By providing the Performance Improvement Allowance under this President's Regulation, then all employees in the environment of the Board of Studies and Information Technology are required to carry out the bureaucratic Reform agenda as per the rules of law. It's

Section 10
