ABOUT THE CHANGE IN INCOME AND REGIONAL SHOPPING

THE 2012 BUDGET YEAR

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD THAT MAHA ESA GOVERNOR OF WEST SUMATRA,

DRAWS: A. that with respect to development that is not

in accordance with the assumption of the General Policy of APBD, the circumstances that lead to a shift between organizational units, between activities and between types of shopping, the circumstances that cause the rest of the budget years previously had to be adjusted to the silpa that has been set the year of the running budget, then it needs to be done changes in the 2012 APBD budget;

b. that in connection with that in the letter a, the changes in the APBD year 2012 budget need to be established with the Regional Regulations.

Article 6 (1) In emergency and urgent need of the Local Government

may conduct unavailable expenses that are further proposed in the Draft Change APBD and or be delivered in the Budget Realization Report.

(2) The state of emergency as referred to paragraph (1) is a condition that is at least a lack of meeting the criteria: a. Open is a normal activity of the Local Government activity

and cannot be predicted before. B. It is not expected to happen in a recurring role. It is out of control and influence of the local government and the d. Have a significant impact on the budget in order
