WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY AND GEOPHYSICS

Weighing: that to implement the provisions as in the Regulation of the Minister of State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number 25 of 2012 dated 7 May 2012 on the Directive on the Implementation of the Evaluation of the Performance Accountability Act of the Agency The Government, needs to establish the Technical Guidelines Evaluation of the Performance Accountability Service of the Government of the Government in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics in a Regulation of the Head of the Meteorological Agency, Climatology and Geophysics;

DECIDED:

SET: REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS ABOUT THE TECHNICAL GUIDELINES EVALUATION OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS.

Section 1
In the Rule of the Chief of this Agency referred to:
1. Evaluation is a series of activities comparing results/achievements or activities with established standards, plans, or norms, and determining the factors that affect the success or failure of an activity in achieving a goal.
2. The performance accountability of the Government Agency which is subsequently abbreviated to AKIP is the embodiment of the obligation of a government agency to account for the success and failure of the execution of the organization's mission in achieving a sasran and purpose that has been assigned through a periodic liability system.
3. Government Agency's subsequent performance accountability report (LAKIP) is a document containing images of AKIP embodiment compiled and delivered systematically and softized.
4. The subsequent evaluation of the Program's Performance Accountability Report is a systematic activity of analysis, value, attributes, appreciation, and introduction of the problem, and the giving of solutions to the problem. found for the purpose of improving the performance and accountability of the government/government work unit.
5. Work unit is a self-working unit or work unit defined by the Chief of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics to create LAKIP, and in evaluation by the Inspectorate of Meteorological, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency, in this case the Eselon I and Eselon II in the headquarters and the Great Hall of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics.
6. Section 2
(1) The Regulation of the Head of the Agency is intended as a guideline in conducting LAKIP Evaluation of LAKIP compiled by the Eselon I organization unit and the Eselon II work unit.
(2) The purpose of this Body Head Regulation:
a. obtaining information about the implementation of the AKIP system;
B. assess the performance accountability of the Eselon I organization unit and the Eselon II work unit; and
c. provide repair advice for improved Performance and strengthening accountability of the Eselon I organization unit and the Eselon II work unit.
(3) The implementation of LAKIP evaluation of LAKIP is implemented in accordance with the LAKIP Evaluation Technical Guidelines in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics as set forth in Annex I of this Body Head Regulation and Sample of Format The criteria and paper of the AKIP Evaluation Works as set forth in Annex II of the Regulation of the Head of this Agency.
(4) The technical guidelines as referred to in paragraph (3) are a guide to the evaluators related to:
a. an understanding of the purpose of evaluation and scope of the evaluation scope;
B. understanding of the evaluation and methodology strategies used in the evaluation;
c. The assignment of work measures that must be taken in the evaluation process;
D. The preparation of the LHE and its evaluation results and its data processing mechanisms.


Section 3
At the time of the Regulation the Chief of the Agency came into effect, the Regulation of the Inspector of Meteorology and Geophysics Number SK.02/KP.102/IPT/BMG-2006 on the Evaluation of Evaluation of the Performance Accountability Report of Work Units in the Environment of Meteorology and Geophysics Agency revoked and declared not valid.

Section 4
The Rule of the Head of the Agency begins to apply at the specified date.
